“I recently visited this store to switch my family’s mobile service to T-Mobile, and I had the pleasure of working with Holly. She assisted us from the moment I walked into the store all the way through completing the entire transfer process, including helping us understand and complete all the necessary steps to take advantage of the available promotional offers. Without Holly’s guidance, the whole process could have been quite tedious and confusing. She made everything easy to understand and ensured that each step was completed correctly. Holly is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. What impressed me even more was seeing her help her fellow team members when they came to her for clarification while assisting their own customers. It was clear that her knowledge and experience are valued not only by customers but also by her colleagues. I highly recommend asking for Holly if you’re looking for an excellent customer experience. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free for our family. Thank you, Holly, for all your help and outstanding service!”

“I worked with Maurice at the Sam’s Club T-Mobile station. He assisted me in converting my five AT&T lines to T-Mobile. As a result, I received three new phones from T-Mobile. Throughout the process, Maurice coordinated the conversion of phones located in different locations. I noticed a significant reduction in my monthly fees, approximately 30%. Additionally, T-Mobile offers much better foreign travel service compared to AT&T. Being a T-Mobile customer, I enjoy participating in T-Mobile Tuesdays, which is a fun part of my home life. Even three months after my conversion, Maurice remained available to answer any questions I had.”

“Love this target! It's not real big like the other ones I have been to but it is SO easy to navigate and to get what you need quickly. The staff is super nice and will ask how you are doing and if you need help looking for something. I love it!”
