“I stopped by today at a hectic time - Mark was upfront about the longer than normal wait time. My car was done sooner than promised and I was kept informed every step of the way. Andrea helped work on the car and she was so helpful and informative. Mark was kind and super friendly. I will absolutely be back!”

“I’ve always had a great experience here. I’ve had a crappy car for a while and they always tell me if there’s anything going on with it that needs fixed and are very honest. Today was an extra special experience because I recently lost a close family member and haven’t been able to work but had to get an oil change. I couldn’t afford the new windshield wipers I needed and the man servicing my car paid for them himself and was very, very kind. Always grateful for these men that don’t take advantage of unknowing customers and help them extra when needed.”

“Bairds is such an amazing business. As a struggling mom sometimes you just can't fit an oil change into your budget. This business had a single mom oil change for free. FREE!! Absolutely amazing. I'm so thankful for Baird's and all the ones who worked. Thank you so much, much appreciated.”
