Says their store hours are till 10 PM. I showed up at 9:50. I know 10 minutes before close but I knew what I needed. I called the day before to verify they had the part and when I get to the doors at 9:50 and pull the doors they are locked and everybody inside just looks at me like I’m absolutely absolutely insane and just stand there. I would have taken 2 mins. I love O’Reillys normally but this was not a good look.

The young man Ivy was awesome. Got a blade that should work, he identified it was not compatible quickly went back in and got a second blade that worked and installed super quickly. Great job

Went there at 7:55 to get a car battery and warmer. The employees watched us pull in. The door was locked. We started trying to get the car running but it wouldn’t start. Employees walked by us and left. All before 8 when they closed.

Omw to a very important appointment. I just got this new- old Hynda . I had just taken possession of the vehicle. The front brakes where scrubbing, after a few days of driving SCRUBBING EVOLVED INTO A BAD HEAVY METAL BAND EVERY STOP SIGN ...O'Reilly on Fort Jesse was on the corner
. Younger, very polite black gentlemen was very helpful . Priced the brakes & he checked the coding for faults or wiring issues NONE. ACCEABLE WITH PLENTY OF PARKING.

Awesome experience!Through rain, sleet or snow. On Monday night, it was all of that.Ivy made a couple trips out to my car through that wind & weather & helped change my windshield wiper blades.Much appreciated...OUTSTANDING!!!

Had an odd thing happen - one of my battery caps fell off my battery. Ivey took a look at it, found one on an old battery in the back, and then helped me get it on because it required removing a metal bar. Can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the employees are at this location, but a special shoutout to Ivey for going above and beyond. I come here a lot and the customer service is always this good and consistent. Thank you!
