“This is a great store with wonderful sales associates. I love that Sherwin Williams offers the peel and stick paint swatches to help you decide on the best color for your project. Everyone in the store was helpful as I was trying to narrow my choices. Then, when I returned to buy my paint on a Saturday, the sales associate, working alone, was attentive and a great multi-tasker. He also ensured I got the right discount applied to my paint purchase. So much more enjoyable than a big box store experience. I'll return again in the future.”

“I replaced some of the wood siding on our house and needed to paint the new boards to match the existing color which is about 8 years old and still in good shape. I went to Sherwin-Williams in Normal on College and the staff was extremely helpful and informative. I only needed one gallon and the price was pretty high but the gentleman who helped me informed me about a 40% off sale starting the next day. Much appreciated! Also, customer service is a big deal to me and they have it here. There are so many businesses big and small who just don't get that part of it these days. Sherwin-Williams understands that part of it and gets it right!”
