The staff here is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of products. The lighting in the store is a bit drab.

Awful customer service, went to pick up an online order which wasn’t ready. There were no less than four employees standing in a nearby aisle talking and there wasn’t another customer in sight. The cashier was annoyed when I asked if someone could grab it or if it was okay if I grabbed it. Begrudgingly she got on the radio and finally another employee handed me my purchase. Going to try and cancel my vital care plan today and give Chewy a try.

Terrible customer service. I went in to return a product that I had previously exchanged (within the 30 day window). For some reason, the system was not giving the option to refund in anything other than store credit, which I did not want, so the manager was called to assist. She went through the same motions, encountered the same problem, and rudely told me store credit was the only option unless I wanted them to call customer service, which we proceeded to do. I was in store for at least half an hour while the manager was on and off hold, only to be told that it would take an undetermined about of time for the IT ticket to be resolved. The manager wrote down my number - not even my name, and she did not give me any information on the ticket for me to be able to follow up later. I still have not received a call regarding this return. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that deserves it.

I was in store to grab a gift for a friends dog. While in line to check out I could see a cute tiny dog being groomed. The lady doing the grooming was struggling to get the dog to stay still. It appeared maybe be trying to lick or bite her. Not aggressively, just probably making it difficult. The groomer lady got mad, ripped the towel out from under the dogs feet and wrapped it around the dogs head to try to prevent it from licking/biting. Then tried to continue. The dog continues to wiggle. Not quickly or thrashing at all. However the lady got mad again and stomped her feet and throwing her hands around. I understand grooming a dog is fairly difficult and some dogs are even more difficult but I thought this was so unprofessional and I would never take my dog there knowing that’s how they treat them. The dogs don’t like being groomed either. You need to be calm and patient.

Nice store.. wide variety but priced high. Can get a lot of items cheaper.

Usually I don't have a problem here but today the cashiers (Yes both) messed up. I have Vital Premium for all my animals and First they only gave me the 10% off for my cats food, so I had to go back in and have them discount the dogs food as well. I then check my receipt again and they still missed items. I did not go back a 3rd time just excepted the loss. Im not too mad just warning people DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your receipts...

Just another run of the mill big brand store. Selection was a little weak. Was on a hunt for pet mice specifically fancy mice they had 1. They had several feeder mice which I was not on the look for. Employees were very friendly though.

The current staff there go above and beyond to make your shopping or training experience great. And they succeed! We've taken our dog, Willow, through three rounds of positive training classes with Miss Rachel and she's worked with us through a lot of tough stages! Miss Rachel is eager to teach pet parents techniques that help you live happy, harmonious lives. She doesn't teach humans to be domineering or aggressive in their control. She teaches positive reinforcement and communication.
The rest of the staff are just as knowledgeable and ready to help in any way they can!

I like the convenience of how close they are to my home but with all the price increases and staff seeming overwhelming the atmosphere has changed. I will drive out of my way to PetSmart where my dog and I feel more comfortable

I was very disappointed. I set an appointment with Aryelle for my puppy to get groomed a little while ago nothing too hard just a puppy bath and trim then i added the upgraded spring package. Once i received a text and it came time to get my dog we sat there waiting for a good 10 minutes just to even get the paper to pay then we were asked to go pay before even getting to look at our dog and was expected to know if we should leave a tip ( i feel like you should see the results before paying let alone tipping as well). We ended up paying and leaving a decent tip cause even though it was irritating we figured there couldn’t be too much to mess up…well i was wrong. We stepped in the grooming area to retrieve our dog to be told she wasn’t able to do a majority of what we paid $70+ to get done (nail grind, paw pad trimming, and blow dry) she said he wouldn’t let her do any of it and put it off on him being nervous so we left with a damp dog. (Once again irritating but we didn’t know better so we believed it was nerves) We also noticed after leaving he was supposed to of had his ears cleaned but they smelled as if they weren’t cleaned up at all. About a month later we scheduled an appointment at petsmart to again pay another $70+ to have the same stuff done and even warned them of what we were told from the previous appointment. After about 1.5 - 2 hours we received a call saying our dog was done and ready to be picked up. After letting us know he was ready they then told us whoever groomed our dog must of not had any patience because he acted no different than a normal puppy and was just curious but let her do everything we paid for with out a fight. I will definitely never be going back to petco for grooming ever again it was the biggest waste of money ever.
