We have been with them at PNC for quite a few years we moved away and came back and went right back to PNC so very happy with them .I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a good bank and they have locations all over the us .we went to Arizona for two weeks and they even have them there ,been to Chicago they have them up there.

Called and was placed on hold for "one minute" by an Indian man I couldn't understand...an hour later I hung up and called back to find out the call center was closed. Do better PNC. Busey now has my business.

Johnna was amazing! Came right out to the counter to help me when I came in. She was so sweet, had a friendly little conversation with me while helping me, gave me some helpful quick tricks to remember some things when it comes to banking, and genuinely made me felt cared for!

Went here for an issue and the African guy at the counter argued me that I was African and denying my heritage. I’m 100% American and have never even been to that continent. He went on to tell me that he could “hear” my African accent. Well how when I have never been to that Africa and have no friends or family that are African ? I guess he didn’t believe me. The point is his job was to resolve my banking issue not try to argue with me about my nationality, color or creed as that shouldn’t matter anyway. I’m not an African and have zero reasons to lie about it ! Weird staff !!

Eduardo was a teller that helped me when I walked in randomly and he helped me to raise my credit limit on my visa! I’m actually a manager at another financial institution that’s not PNC in normal, IL and I was super impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about the Pnc cash reward Visa. I didn’t even know I had almost $200 in cash rewards from using my credit card the past few years and he transferred it into my account. Great job Eduardo!!

We have been banking with PNC ever since they opened on College Ave. They have been wonderful to us, and we have had no problems. I have called them when worried that we may have been victims of identity theft. They always calm me down and tell me steps to take. I have always felt our money was safe with them.

I set up a new bank account at this location in early December to be qualified for $200 after qualifications were met. The bank teller was told multiple times which account I wanted to be put on and confirmed she put me on the correct virtual wallet. Two months bypassed and the credit was still not on my account. I went into this branch and another and they told me to wait 90 days and the credit will be on there, not once did they pull up my account to confirm I was on the right account. Long story short, the teller put me on the maximum performance package with a minimum of $5,000 deposits per month. I go into this branch and speak to the customer service representative and she states she will get this taken care of and keep me updated, but failed to reach out when PNC rejected my request for the $200. I have called customer service and they had stated that it is my fault for not checking the account information before I left and I will not be credited. I have never had such issues and poor customer service with a business and it is awful to say I will never use or recommend personal to this business, because I would not want something like this to happen to someone else.

So I switched from my Chase Bank account because PNC had a referral program through my employer. I was told that they would deposit $300 if I enrolled in direct deposit and made 10 separate purchases from my PNC issued debit card. Six months have gone by and nothing has been given. I inquired at my local branch and was told that the banker who set my account up had mistakenly input the account information incorrectly. They said after arguing back and forth that they could correct the situation and credit my account the money owed. After another month, they then say that they can not fix the issue and the person who screwed up was fired. Well, where’s my money? Still not corrected. What a scam!!!
