Normal Self Storage offers a convenient and reliable storage solution. The owner is highly accommodating, listening to customers' concerns and ensuring a positive experience. The facility is clean, secure, and easily accessible, with friendly staff that make accessing belongings a breeze. Customers have praised the affordable pricing and hassle-free storage, making it a highly recommended option for those in need of extra space.
Improvements have been made so that helps, however several price increases in the last couple years and tacking on higher payments for insurance in which we already have and pay for our RV. Overall happy and satisfied. Glad the road construction is finally done as well.
