My godson had to move due to having seizures that required him to not be able to live alone. During the time of moving, I was battling covid and pneumonia and he was hospitalized. I couldn't get everything cleaned and had to hire people to move his things, the people I hired to clean never showed up. They still gave his deposit back. That is unheard of. I appreciate Redbird Properties working with me on this and wasn't expecting his deposit to be returned. They do care about people. Thank you to Redbird Management for going above and beyond with this situation. Their actions show they do care and are not all about money. This has meant alot to my godson and myself. Highly recommend.

I've been impressed and pleased with the way Redbird handles business. They've been consistent, responsive and caring. My rental house has become my home and I am grateful.

Currently living in 208 E Mulberry. They rented out this apartment knowing it had an active roach infestation and we have lost a great deal of our personal property over it. Have called multiple times over the year we've been here and they've only ever come out to do a simple spray 4 times, which as you can imagine, does nothing. On top of that, the pipes for the tub are messed up so it collects water and doesn't drain like it should. The oven is also non-functional. The apartment before this one, a window pane rotted completely out of the frame. Absolutely disgusting. Will not recommend nor rent here again. Started out loving this company and its friendly staff... shame it had to go this way. Why am I paying RENT for a place that isn't even livable??

definitely avoid redbird. i rented from them for almost 3 years, they never once made a repair and claimed i didn’t tell them about the issues despite my hundreds of calls and messages. i had to fix my own toilet, my bath leaked into the apartment below with every use which caused a mold problem, etc. also they didn’t disclose when i signed the lease that a registered sex offender lived in the complex. i only found out bc the cops knocked on my door to let me know. they ended up selling the building when we all made a fuss and stopped paying rent. ??♀️

Horrible. Owner should be in prison. They lie about everything. Owner of Redbird lies about everything. They do not maintain the properties they manage. They commit crimes against disabled tenants.

Was told I had to be shown an apartment first before applying then got stood up, office was no help talked to a man and woman and was left on hold for 20 minutes before being hung up on.

They do not take care of the apartment building. They bring unprofessional people to fix maintenance issues and it takes forever. Still a window not been replaced since February. And today they got cleaners or painters that are loud howling and going crazy.

I’ve lived in three separate Redbird properties and cannot recommend them enough. They are always extremely accommodating and actually treat you like a person rather than a number. Very quick to fix things and respond via phone or email. All around great customer service. Not to mention my apartment is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

I went to view 703 fairmont dr in bloomington il . They were Very responsive and it was very easy to schedule a time to view the property. What I didn’t appreciate was trying to be sold on a apartment that from the outside doesn’t look like a place worthy of the 950$ being asked of me. Not until i got inside did it look nice but even still not worth the asking price even in perfect condition 750$ at best. the hallway smelled like cigarettes, curry, and chicken grease. Not to mention being told there “ used to be” a roach infestation problem that was “taken care of” as anyone who knows anything knows….if you see one you can assume there are millions more. He reiterated he has yet to see another one which isn’t hard to believe seeing as how he doesn’t live there. A occupant of said apartment also made it a point to let me know the roach problem was far from resolved as the apartment they occupied was infested as well. I really dodged a bullet with this one and I don’t appreciate my time being wasted on something that could have been disclosed through email. It is literally property management such as this that people are entirely horrified of this entire process.
