They had lots of cool holiday items. Lots of cute clothes in size 5 for boys, not much size 8 for girls. Store us well wept and employees were helpful

I shop at this Ross often since moving here, but I am appalled by the lack of concern of management and store employees for this situation. Just today, 10 minutes before making this post, I and other shoppers noticed a little boy sitting in the parking lot by himself. No parents, no adult supervision, no one around. A woman who had been sitting in her car said the little boy was out there for at least 20 minutes by himself.
I walked into Ross to inform a cashier because us samaritans in the parking lot were concerned about the little boy. I was told by an older woman working the register, “I’m sorry, we cannot get involved.” There is absolutely no excuse for that kind of response. She didn’t say, “Let me get a manager,” she did nothing. It left a disgusting taste in my mouth, and if this is the type of people that Ross employs and has representing their company, I want no parts in their business at all. Anyway the police was called, and the boy is safe and with his family. Apparently the family of the little boy was shopping in ROSS. Go figure…

Being greeted by a cashier who is inconvenienced by doing their job is disappointing. Why are they working with customers? I rarely shop here because of it.

At 9:00 PM they closed the only two fitting rooms they had up front because “it was trashed and not enough staff and close in an hour and a half”.
