Gerald, Victor, and Drake were phenomenal in assisting with my tire needs! I needed 4 brand new tires, I took their recommendation and got a great price with a great warranty! They’ve been helpful with tire rotations and car advice. 10/10 would recommend their services to anyone!

Great price for tire installation. The staff was friendly and they completely the installation in a timely manner. The tires have been on for a few months now and have not had any issues.

literally the worst service I have ever had , got tires two months ago cool great my tire senor was messed up right after getting it down got a flat, the sensor registered the wrong tire took it to get it fixed told me I had to leave it there ( mind you I live in Pontiac) had to find a ride to work for that night& when they left a message to have them call them i did so first time they hung up without answering took three times before even bothered to answer, & they cannot even put a spare tire back when it belongs

Sams is ok but the pharmacy and optical departments are just awful. I would advise people not to use either one. It's a clean store and they have a lot of things in stock but customer service is non existent. I go less and less all the time.

Been going to this store for years and even worked there for a very short time. I've never had a bad experience with staff and it is always kept clean. Otherwise, it is mostly a standard Sam's Club. If you buy in bulk or run a business, it can definitely be a money saver. The only criticism I can regularly encounter is that there are never enough tables for people eating there. The food is good and cheap, so I just tend to get carryout instead.

Tires were dirty. Was 15 minutes over the hour they gave me to replace tires (which was ridiculous lenght to begin with since I had an appointment)

My first shopping visit to Sams was mostly great. I found a lot of great products and will definitely be back. My only issue is some of the people giving out samples were rude, other than that it’s been a great experience.

They don't clean the rims when putting new tires on. Your tires will be flat within a couple of days.

Why is there no gas attendant on site? And why are the pumps that do not work not blocked off what so ever? Also the gas pumps continuously decline your membership card making it so time consuming to even get gas.

The team working the tire department last weekend really took great care of me, had an emergency with no spare and they got me right in and had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. Really nice crew and they did an awesome job!

Gerald the manager in the tire center has been extremely helpful! My daughters car had to be towed in due to a flat (she goes to ISU) He is one above and beyond making recommendations with me hours away for a new set of tires and continued help after the fact I highly recommend the tire Center and greatly appreciate the amazing customer service that Gerald has provided!
