Went in to look at paint and was not greeted. Looked for 20 minutes and still wasn’t asked if I had any questions or offers of assistance while multiple employees were standing around talking. Very disappointing customer service that I wouldn’t expect from a higher end paint store. I’ve received more help at Menards.

Sandra was the BIGGEST help! Go when she's working. The paint is really good quality and they are so good about helping however they can. I would recommend them to everyone.

Two stars because I've bought paint here before and it's worked out OK. But no more because I stood around in here with my wife for about fifteen minutes while one woman who didn't have time to get dressed for work today signed up a new contractor (the only other person in the store) and completely ignored us, and another girl sat quietly behind the register without looking up once.There's no reason to pay the inflated prices if there's zero support. The whole reason we came in was for the zero VOC paint and so someone could offer some advice on colors. But clearly this is a store for pros who are doing large volume. Don't waste your time in here as an individual, because they definitely seem to think you're a waste of their time.

Great experience. Carol (interior designer) helped me and she was awesome. Single coat brown was also a nice surprise when I got it home. Definitely won’t buy paint anywhere else.*You’re 40% off signage sucks. I wouldn’t have known anything was on sale if your staff didn’t tell me.

Had a wonderful experience with the Sherwin Williams store on College Ave. in Normal. I'm trying to get a few projects done before I have surgery, and the store manager was so helpful and patient with me. She helped me choose the best colors and type of paint for the two rooms in my home that need updated paint jobs. One room done, one more to go. I highly recommend this store...the quality of the paint and the expertise of the staff is excellent!

Went in today to get some paint and sample colors, the service seems amazing but unfortunately it’s reserved for non-Indian origin folks perhaps. In this day and age it is amazing people who run such reputable stores tend to undermine coloured people. Anyways, learnt our lesson will make sure to steer clear of this place!

Very good paint. I usually get the Super Paint and it spreads well and covers the previous color well.
