Provided Charles with all the info and materials needed to complete the tax filing for our non-profit organization back in January. As of May 10th, it's still not done. Have stopped in and called multiple times to check on progress. Nothing. Very irritating.

I asked them to teach me calculus and that's exactly what they did! Now I'm in pharmacy school. Thanks so much I couldn't have made it here without Sila Accounting

Started using sila acc 2 yrs ago for my self employment and got stuff done fast n quick . Go to buy a house and find out all the yrs of taxes he has done were wrong and rejected . Been on him for almost a month to get this all fixed so we can buy our house and he doesnt take my phone calls . I sit in his office for hr and then comes out says will have done that night his computer screwing up and 2 days later still nothing and wont take my phone calls .... not a happy camper with Sila acc .......

After great service for many years, each year my taxes take longer and longer - one year they even forgot to tell me they were done and it was months later when I called they figured out they still had them. In addition I had asked for help on my small home business and they kept the paperwork I gave them, plus never have responded to calls, in person asking for the paperwork back and certified letter asking for paperwork back. Now really a zero star but gave 3 because in the beginning, we loved their service.

You can go to H&R Block and all the others if you want, but I would rather have Sila Accounting do all of my taxes for me as they give amazing service and find every deduction for you possible. Please ask for Chuck as he is an incredible individual who sits down with you and explains everything to make it easy for you to understand. Fantastic place with friendly staff.

I've used Chuck and Nadine Sila for my business and my personal accounting work for over 5 years now and couldn't be happier. I always feel like Sila Accounting looks at my information as their own. From my payroll to my personal tax return I don't have to worry because I know it is getting done and getting done right!
