Love shopping here! As a plus sized woman (with plus sized family members), we're all able to find items that fit us, even if we need to order it online! In the past, because of my chest size, I was limited to boring and unsupportive options. However, Soma actually carries items I absolutely love!! Staff was very kind and helpful, was able to exchange items for a different size (even offered free shipping if it wasn't in stock). Products can be a bit pricey, but I consider it worth it because they've lasted me a years, carry my size, their bras feel secure and supportive, and their actually make me feel confident in myself ❤
I did see some reviews about not being able to find staff, but if I needed an employee I could easily go to the register and they were happy to assist me. I appreciate when I dont feel I'm being loomed over, especially when shopping for undergarments which can feel a little... awkward 😅
Everyone is super super sweet and keeps the store neat and clean!

Seems like a nice store. An associate got me in a fitting room, measured (though I don't agree with the sizing), got a few pieces to try on, but then no one helped me again. After waiting awkwardly in the fitting room for someone to come back, I finally went out and browsed around the store a bit, tried a few more things on, but no one offered any help after that, so I just left.

I walked in and was fully prepared to spend a good deal of money until the entire time I was in the store I was completely ignored. When the sales associates did look my way, they looked annoyed that I was even there. No greeting and no one offered to assist me. I stood around like an idiot and ultimately left after zero assistance. I ended up purchasing over $300 worth of bras and underwear from a different company. Worst store experience ever.

Couldn't find a bra that fit because they're not measuring accurately. Unfortunately you have to be nude to get an accurate fit. They're measuring over your clothes. Sigh!

Just doesn't have too many comfortable or hardly any bras for bigger breasted women. I miss the old Bedtime Boutique!!

I absolutely recommend Soma if you are looking for a very friendly and supportive environment. Everytime I go, the girls are super nice and I have never once felt judged. They measure you and bring you bras based on what style you're looking for. It's the best I've ever felt shopping for bras!

I have been a Soma shopper for almost 8 years, all at the Normal, IL store. I wear a 42 bra and they usually don’t have that size in the store, but they are always happy to order it for me. I went in there today and wanted to order two 42D Enbliss wireless bras. I was told they did not carry that in my size. I pointed to all the signage that said it did, as well as my mailer. She again stated she could not order it for me in my size. I told her fine, I’d go home and order it online myself. It’s still money for Soma, but not our local Normal store. Sure enough, I get home and ordered two of the bras in my size, in the color I wanted, plus a PJ set. Why not help me order it in the store to help local sales? TERRIBLE customer service and I have learned my lesson and will order online only in the future.

The ladies that helped me out tonight were wonderful and so sweet. I didn't feel judged like I do at other stores. I felt comfortable and welcomed there. I will be returning.
