Everyone here is SO polite and professional. I initially called to ask questions about the process because I haven't utilized dry cleaning before. Jaylen (pardon any mis-spelling) was the one who helped answer my questions and get me checked in when I wanted to get my wife's dress dry-cleaned for her. Jayden along with everyone else here (and the super affordable pricing too) is what has me seriously considering using Starcrest more often. I wouldn't mind becoming a regular at this location!

🚨THEY “MISPLACE” YOUR CLOTHES🚨
I only use this dry cleaner when I travel for extended periods, and unfortunately, my experiences have not been great. On multiple occasions, I've had expensive, collector shirts go missing from my orders, and it's incredibly frustrating that I don't notice until I'm back home unpacking. Since I'm not local, resolving the issue after the fact is nearly impossible. While I wish I had other options when I'm in town, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experiences. Make sure to double-check your items before you leave!

I tried the laundry service today. I highly recommend it. You pay for each laundry bag. The bags can fit quite a bit of laundry.
The staff make it very easy to sign up. I also received the same day service. You can also track the status of the order.
Once done, they even fold the clothes so you can easily put them away. Saves tons of time.
Recommended if you want to save time on laundry.

Customer service is below average. And they tried to give me another person’s clothes today. And last week I tried to go right before close and they saw me walking up and turned the “open” light off while staring at me. At this point I feel like they are trying to make me pick a different dry cleaner.

Great service. Loved the texting to keep me informed that my cleaning was done earlier than ticket said. Easy drop off/pickup with the drive thru.

I took in a homemade quilt to be cleaned earlier in the week. What a shame! We were told it would be ready by today. We were told there was a good chance it would be done early. We were told we would be texted when it was done. We never received a text. My mother called early this morning. We were told it would be ready by 4pm. She called at 345 and no one answered. Now online the hours show they close at 4 which was the pickup time they advised us of. I am so angry and frustrated. We were lied to about when it was to be done. Now we have to wonder until Monday morning... if its done... its been lost or ruined. I will never use their services again and will be following up with the BBB for further resolution. This will be escalated to management. Do not use their services!

I recently dropped off some clothes to be cleaned and they confused the order (how I wanted them finished ). they gladly redid the entire order as I originally requested at no charge! a sign of a quality business is standing behind their services nice job, Starcrest!
