Brought my vehicle 9-22-2025. Love their honesty. Annie went on a test drive with me, relayed info to their technician(s) about my car's noises, thought it was something they could fix, and they did!! (One of the things I appreciated about their process was they ALSO stated if they thought it was something they wouldn't be able to accomplish, they would have told me that also.) I had a great experience, I will be recommending them, and I'm super grateful I tried them out.

Bought a vehicle almost 2 months ago & found out car had a lien on it & personally I would like a refund & wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my dog.

Horrible experience. Exactly what you expect from a dishonest used car lot. We have the car back in their shop TWICE since we purchased vehicle and we haven’t owned it long enough to have the title. It’s spent more time on their lot than with us in the two weeks we have owned it.
When we had problems getting the vehicle to make it from their lot to our home on day of purchase, the owners response was a “too bad for you” attitude.
Will be reporting them to BBB and state secretary’s office. They should be ashamed of themselves. If I could give Zero stars I would.
Update - Now the owner expected us to drive an hour each way today to sign a title for a car that we can’t take home. AND is charging us an additional $900 to “fix” the lemon they sold us. Do better.
Update - we still don’t have the car as of July 24th. They have to do MORE work on vehicle and refuse to give us our money back.
Now we have to contact our lawyer.

Sold my husband a lemon then deleted his review on google. The car had a major electrical issue a month after he bought it it has been sitting not drive able since and we are stuck with the car payment.

I have used TCB Auto since moving to Bloomington and have yet to be disappointed. I have a current car which was sold to me because of an issue that the driver couldn't solve - it was fixed in one trip to TCB Auto by Annie, Todd, and their wonderful workers. I was recently thinking I had $2,000+ worth of work on a car that I got away with only paying a fraction of thanks to the hard work of everyone here.
Go to TCB Auto and you won't be disappointed!

Bought Scion XB there got a good deal imo. TCB procures these vehicles and fixes any mechanical needs for vehicle to be road worthy. Customers should know they do not detail and clean the car nor do they finance. I had to have a full detail including interior shampoo done and had to remove bunch of rust from the rims and looks like a mouse nest from trunk area etc but I'm overall happy with the purchase. Annie runs the office etc. She's friendly but can be brash it seems. Some may take it personal and as rude but it's just her personality overall she's nice and runs a tight ship there. Her office assistant Mary was a lovely lady. Happy with the purchase so far and would recommend this place.

It was a really positive experience with TCB while helping my friend who doesn’t have much experience with mechanics get her car repaired. Annie went out of her way to be helpful and give a clear price estimate that turned out to be right on. It’s an older car and they were also great about finding a repair option that saved some money but was also safe and smart.

All the people at TCA have been so great from hauling off junk cars to my first call when I was down on my motorcycle. Don't hesitate to call them they are fast and very reliable.

This shop takes advantage of women- they use the cheapest parts they can find even if it's not for your model. Annie, is a complete and utter monster- she will proudly say "yes ma'am" when you bring it to her attention her mechanic lied, she lied, and intentionally caused more work that "needed done." I ended up going to the dealership who clarified every lie about my part not being made and shed some light on who Annie and Todd truly are. If you own a small business and you think the only way to keep it open is ripping people off during times of economic crisis, you need Jesus and a business degree. Neither of which they have. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
