The rental process es easy. There's a wide assortment of sizes you choose from. It was easy to access whennthe office was closed yet safe and secure! Just downsized from 4bdr lr and dr to a 2bd4 apartment. Needed a place for Christmas items to sit. Thanks Destiny!

Maggie and Twin City Storage has been amazing. Very helpful, very easy to work with. I have used storage facilities many times over the years and Twin City has been the very best. I can't believe over $12 insurance declarations. I was told last month I would be credited because I have insurance and they couldn't find or had no record. Was told last month it was maybe missed. So I emailed the proof. Called yesterday and was told today that the manager said no because it was 4 days past the due date last month. So much for customer service and making it right to no fault on me.

This self-storage was very useful and not to mention affordable for college students !!
Maggie was a huge help and had outstanding customer service. She answered all questions and made sure we were comfortable the entire time.
I would 100% recommend this self-storage to any college student needing space to hold their things in between dorms and most importantly apartments!

We used Tri City Storage to storage my son’s stuff for the summer while he was away from school. The staff was great and so helpful with answering any questions. The faculty was very clean as well. Thank you and we plan on using you next summer as well!

We had tTwin City for storage for my son's itwms during summer break from college. They have great customer service and a very clean facility. I was able to set everything up without being on site. And we were ready to go during move out from campus. And the transition out of the facility for fall semester was just as flawless. They are well versed with this process and provided friendly tips along the way. Thank you Destiny and the manager ( I believe her name starts with an M).
