Had a piece of mail needing a signature. Left note on door that we weren't home and to come get it from post office and that it was my final notice. 1. I never got an initial notice 2. We were home the entire day and not one knock or door bell ring.

I have lived all over the country and never seen such an incompetent post office and such incompetent postal carriers this is the THIRD time an item has arrived in normal just to be sent to a different town and back again, and now they’re claiming they “couldn’t access” the delivery location I live in an open apartment building. My front door and my mail box are open and accessible from the parking lot that connects directly to the sidewalks leading to said mail box and door. I can’t imagine being this lazy making $30+ an hour it ain’t hard…. I EVEN LIVE ON THE FIRST FLOOR you didn’t even have to go upstairs like are you serious

Mail belongs IN MAILBOXES!!! NOT A PILE ON THE FLOOR!!! This is ridiculous!!! There are addresses and names on every piece here. PLACE THEM IN THE MAILBOXES PROVIDED ABOVE SMFH

I love the USPS. The foundation of a great nation is being able to send almost anything basically anywhere and not worry about the reliablility of the system. If you know what you're doing, you can even get christmas cards sent to your German relatives (not american, I mean germany) for only the price of two stamps!!!

You guys needs to stop sending mail that comes to my apartment. The mail being sent to my apartment that doesn’t have mine or my fiancé name on it doesn’t need to be sent to my address. You guys needs to fix that like asap. I keep throwing away mail that’s not mine and it’s ridiculous

Had two packages returned I ordered from Amazon because it had the “wrong address”.I received 4 packages the day before to the same address. Tried calling USPS and couldn’t get past the BOT!!! So frustrating!!

Horrible service. Can’t get a live person in the phone no matter what I try. The USPS is such a horrible “service” and could care less to improve at all. Absolutely hate the post office and Normal postal employees are poor to serve the public. Maybe try smiling once or twice to a customer and say thank you for your business. Or maybe…get a different job?

Worst day I've had in a long time. People sick at home, my car suddenly had electrical issues. My lady tells me a package needs dropped off. Finally got off work and limped my car there and walked in right at 5:00 and they told me no because they close at 5. They where still at the counter. Like I get it but people can't always get there before that with normal jobs being 9-5, but I feel like if you're still at the counter and your doors are not locked yet you can take 1 more. I had it already pre packaged and the bar code ready to scan on my phone. Would've been 20 seconds. Now I have to take my messed up car across town to bring to the 24 hour one, because we promised our client we would ship today. Your job is not that hard. Scan my code and let me be on my way. Completely unacceptable.

Staff is incredibly helpful. They even helped me with packing when the day is ending, could have easily told me to come back again tomorrow for missing package material.

Their phone system is completely broken. The only option in the phone tree to speak to someone at the Bloomington Post office rings out and then has a full voicemail box. Have tried calling over 15 times in the last week & a half and nobody seems to be able to pick up the phone.

It's been three days with my flag up on my mailbox and the letter is still there. Which means they must be stealing my mail, because I haven't got any mail in over a week and they aren't coming around to collect or deliver. Horrible service!!
