The young man was most gracious and helpful. He explained what plan he recommended for me to get a new phone. He spent as much time as necessary to set up my new phone and answer my questions. He also explained things to a newer employee at the same time. I had a pleasant experience and will return to BeMobile Inc. when the need arises.

Updated our phones at BeMobile, Inc. We were very pleased with Customer Service Rep Grant's knowledge, and his personality, and helpfullness. He transferred data to our new phones and made sure we were comfortable with them before we left.Great Service!

We love this store. We are always greeted promptly and the technicians in the store are genuinely knowledgeable and friendly! I purchased a new iPhone 14 pro max, and Grant, the associate who assisted us was a delight! We actually returned several days later for assistance and were once again treated very well, our questions answered. Grant assisted us both days and was great!!

Went in to replace my screen saver. It went really quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that one of the manager called me to make sure he had what I needed at the store before I got there. Great customer service.

Ben did a fantastic job getting my husband and I’s new iPhones setup. Transfer went super smoothly and he even helped us pair our new phones with our car. I’d work with Ben again for sure! Super satisfied!!

Ed began the process of copying data from my existing phone to the new one. Then, he was required to attend a lengthy meeting. Ben, the only one then responding to customers & phones, stepped in to complete the process. Ben's knowledgeable & courteous help was most welcome & needed. The need for him to do so wasn't the best customer service on the part of the store.
