Very slow and disorganized pharmacy and vaccination services. Expect more than 30 minute wait time to speak to pharmacy worker. Much worse than other local pharmacies I have experienced. Wish I would have been warned.

This pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The time to get stuff done is absolutely atrocious. A script called in at 10 should not have to wait until 5 to be filled. But wait, when the pharmacist is always out and doesn't work, that tends to happen. Let alone the turnover rate. New face every time you go in. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh, my favorite is when they give you and adapter for a syringe, and it's to small to fill the mouth of the bottle. Stellar people. Very intelligent and very competent. Needless to say, there are way better, cleaner, nicer pharmacies nearby that I will be using from now on. Walgreens has gone downhill very fast and don't even care. Truly sad and pathetic.

I recently tried to pick up my prescription on Raab and the pharmacy was closed both times I tried. I was completely out of blood pressure medication. I called this Walgreens on Fort Jesse and they were able to transfer them over and have them ready in a timely manner even though they were obviously under staffed.

Awful awful costumer service at Pharmacy. Both Tech and Pharmacist were EXTREMELY rude and annoyed that I had inquired about my prescription more than once. A little kindness goes a long way!! Will 100% avoid at all costs from now on and get my scripts elsewhere.

I have gone to this walgreens for several years. I usually don't have to wait long. The last time I went to pick up my medicine, I was told "We don't have it and our system shows no medicine was called in." I find that hard to believe because I had just came from the doctor and they called it in so it should be there. As I came back after calling my doctor to explain the problem. Of course they say the medicine needs pharmacy approval and of course there on break. At this point my medicine should of been free. Horrible customer service.

So upset but after I posted this realize it wasnt' this Walgreens - its the one on Veterans and GE Road but I can't figure out how to change the post to a different location. Sorry. Have been a Walgreens customer for probably as many years as they have been around but I am going to change pharmacies after yesterday. I called to see if they had a Shingles shot in as after being there 3 times they never had them -- said to call on Mondays. I did and she assured me they had them in. I put my husband who has Parkinsons (and is not easy to transport) in the car and took him inside this Walgreens -- oh sorry they say we thought we had them in but seems we don't!! I asked to speak to the Manager who could not be found so the asst Manager came out -- she said sorry sort of like 'what is the big deal'. Don't these people realize how their answers or lack of affects people lives!!

I stopped by there yesterday asking for a pharmacist opinion on the best OTC cough medicine. I think her name is Kelli...she said they're all the same! Thanks for your help Kelli! NOT!
