The cleanest, friendliest, freshest, most organized grocery store I've ever been too. I never have a problem finding exactly what I want. The produce is always fresh, clean and stocked. Checkout of course is fast, and they have free paper bags.I now drive out of my way to shop only here.

I loved this place, for about the first month. I’ve been back here about a dozen times since it opened, and on each return visit there have been issues. Namely with the freshness of items:- many instances of “fresh” produce in sealed bags moldy or soiled- sealed package of bacon with an expiration date 1 day after the purchase date- their Amazon shipping/receiving setup there is not an option on the app for Amazon returns, despite them saying that handle returnsAbove all else, I simply cannot trust shopping for fresh food there anymore. I shouldn’t have to hunt around for a tiny little expiration date on a refrigerated item at any store, and NONE of the produce should be moldy or otherwise inedible. Just ridiculous. The shopping format is awesome, a great time saver, but just can’t overlook these items. That’s all she wrote for this one, back to Jewel and Mariano’s we go.

Amazon has ruined whole foods so now I just shop here for the brands I purchased there for quite a bit cheaper. Don’t buy produce here, check expiration on everything, expect no consistency on products being in stock, I wouldn’t buy meat at all here, and overall the store is empty. On the positive side, they often have a 20% off a purchase of $50 or more and overall I save money every week.

Love that they have am amazon return. Really strange that I have to scan my app just to get in. I don't mind it, but i cant even get a cart first. Prices are high but they have deals here that can be nice. Selection is ok. It's a clean store. Feels pretty empty compared to normal grocery stores. Few shopers. Few workers. Fewer options.

Very clean store. Very friendly staff. They have two carts for disabled people to drive around. The store in the aisles are reasonably wide for disabled people and they have a good selection and the deals in the store are usually better than the deals. If you pick up from the store like if you actually go into the store you will get a better deal then if you just have a pickup order.

First time here as I came here to return an item that I had purchased on Amazon. It was like walking in a Wonderland in the guise of a grocery store. Luckily I arrived upon opening because I would have been lost in there. But as it was, I picked up a couple of items, wandered around the store and checked out. No line, no wait, except for the poor lady in line behind me . But everyone was very patient and helpful and I found some new items to try. I shall return.

I agree with other reviews that the produce here was not good. Either sparse or overripe. I did like how they had single bananas for sale. The store is crazy- it was dead silent except for music. There are hundreds of cameras. You bag your stuff as you go and then get a receipt. It was pretty handy to do it that was but just so different. Perfect for someone with sensory needs.I found a lot of great sale prices and it seemed like the items were curated especially for the local customer. Kind of cool.

Just walk out simply doesn’t work. And generally there is a long line, despite the fact that there’s rarely more than a dozen people shopping in the store.Stay away from the sandwiches, sushi, and hot bar. It’s the sushi looks like it saw better days last week. Most items in the hot bar have congealed. The sandwiches have been out so long the meat looks like cardboard. Many of the shelves are bare and stocking of items is extremely inconsistent. Finally check expiry dates on everything. They must be burning money to keep this place open.

You've heard of the (fictional) trend of quiet quitting, right? Amazon Fresh in Norridge is doing the retail equivalent, Quiet Closing.Basic staples that they've had in stock since they opened last year are impossible to find. Just to give a single example, there were exactly two 6 packs, of 16 ounces classic coke on the shelves (and those were on the top "don't touch" shelf). There's no sharp cheddar cheese. There's no lunchmeat. The case for eggs is empty, and there was a small display with a few containers in a completely different part of the store (where previously butter was). Half and Half? What's that?I asked an attendant where the lunchmeat was, since it was the most obvious "the whole section is missing" situation, and she said "we are waiting to get in new stock". I've heard that exact thing before at Fry's electronics, who famously did the quiet closing thing before it was cool, in 2019.Basically, they're emptying out the store by attrition. Don't expect to find anything you're looking for.

Visit the store the first time today and it was clean prices was reasonable but food quality was terrible. Fruit was molded, please PLEASE check the Expiration date before you leave three items I purchased has expired. I bought some food at the hot bar veggie egg rolls Mexican rice and beans and Sat there and ate it. When I ate it I immediately felt sick was only 20 minutes away from my home thank the Stars I threw up every where. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this store. If you want fresh food and hot bar try Peetes Grocery.

5- star for cleanliness and ease of use. I went in with expectation to pay a lot more, boy am I wrong. The price was in line with Publix or whole food. You need to have Amazon Prime account to come in. First scan the code from Amazon app, then go get your thing. And just scan code on the way out and you are good to go. Hope there are more of this place.
