Jonathan was helpful, efficient and patient. He helped me and my dad to upgrade our 5+ year old iphones without overselling to us and respecting that we wanted , what we wanted. He even helped to ship our phones to different addresses which was very helpful. Thanks for all your help!

I was very fortunate to come across Perla M. at this AT&T branch. I walked into the store in a panic because I needed assistance. She was genuinely concerned with my issue. Perla gave me phone numbers to call and she guided me through the steps on how to solve the issue .
I then returned and purchased new phones. Perla was amazing. She was very detailed and knowledgeable with all the wireless plans. She was also very accommodating and extra patient. She was able to make the phone buying process stress free .
On my third visit, Perla was able to call customer service for a billing error. She was able to resolve the billing errors.
I recommend Perla to anyone who is looking for outstanding customer service.

I arrive the guy was smiling to everybody else and when he turn at me he stop smiling and with a face of disgust.
I went to hire home internet
He told me to wait 5 minutes, 30 minutes later only one person helping in the front and everybody else in the back or in theirs phones.
I will never come back again.
