Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. I know that people are entitled to have bad days, but the Manager who went by the name of Steve was beyond rude. I had placed an order online and the order got cancelled out at another location because it was out of stock. That location was able to disclose what phones they did have in stock and understood that their website was glitching not allowing me to search for the model that I initially ordered. Basically, I needed to search other locations and the website was not working. The recommendation was made to call another store. Upon calling Norridge the manager instantly refused to provide information on whether the phone was in stock. He said that due to thefts he could not disclose that information. I offered to provide my account information and he told me that I did not understand that thefts take place. Making me feel like I was calling to steal. I told him I was a long time customer and it was inconvenient to take a drive to a location if they didn't have it. I told him I could provide my information if it made him more comfortable. In addition, I had asked him if this was a corporate policy because I had just received assistance from another location who was beyond helpful. He said it was the neighborhood. Should we be afraid to shop in Norridge? I called corporate and received assistance. They were able to provide me with another location who had the phone, and also informed me that Norridge had the phone I wanted. But, due to the service I received, I refused to purchase there. I ended up working with two other locations to assist me over the phone, and received exceptional service. Those locations being Oak Park and Brickyard. AT&T should keep in mind that not everyone is out here stealing. Also, what if I didn't have a vehicle? Should people take public transportation just to be told NO we don't have it because someone was on a power trip?

I had a kind manager help me! He was very personble! I wasn't overly thrilled with having to wait for help due to 2 back surgeries in 2 months, but I was very well taken care of!

Had to go in and get a password reset because my account wouldn't let me do it for some reason. Steven helped out and it was done within minutes. I have gone to this spot multiple times and the customer service has always been good!

I originally purchased the S23 at an authorized dealer att store. The sale person was not able to transfer all my info. Said that's that problem with Samsung phone while playing with her phone all the while.I went to this store (corporate) Steve helped me to resolve all my problems. Within 20 minutes he was able to transfer all the missing info 100%. Terrific guy. Highly recommend.

I was quickly greeted upon entering and was helped right away. The guy who helped me was absolutely helpful. Explained the differences between the phones, answered all of my questions. The customer service here was soo soo appreciated having come here from a ATT store where we couldn’t be greeted.

I went to the store for some help about my account. This man, Jonathan was very helpful and informative. He was able to explain it to me in simple terms and was very patient. I’ll gladly come back here again if I need more help. This store is clean and they will greet you when you come inside. And they will help you right away. Very good customer service for Jonathan and the rest of the staff.

Rey the manager was super helpful and Perla as well as Jonathan also helped our with a nightmare that started with costco. We were at att for an hour with Rey and team stood persistent to help me out and I cannot thank them enough!!

I usually don't like coming in store for help, It can be a hassle sometimes. But this location has proven to provide great overall service. Thanks to Nicole, my experience went very smooth this time around. I appreciate her positive attitude and professionalism. She obviously has the knowledge and experience to clarify on whatever I had some confusion about. Thank you!

Perla at this location was great! I came in with my new iPhone being activated through apple but doing so activated my phone with both numbers from the family plan. Since I had two numbers from the family plan the other phone had no service. The problem seemed very complex but she was determined to get us taken care of until we walked out with the problem fixed!

Jonathan was our rep. He was great! Very knowledgeable and went extra miles to help me and my father. It was a complex request that I had, and he covered every corner of my concern. 10/10 highly recommended for the reps at this location. I skip several AT&T stores to go to this location for a reason.

John at ATT. WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN SETTING UP OUR NEW SERVICE AFTER LOOSING MY PHONE.ALSO ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. HE ALSO HELPED US WITH SETTING UP NEW SERVICE FOR OUR WIRELESS INTERNET.HE'S A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR STORE AND COMPANY.

John at the AT&T store on Harlem Ave in Norridge, IL, was a HUGE help. I had lost my cell phone while traveling, and he was patient and understanding in helping to restore my service. So grateful! Earlier in the day, another staff member, whose name I unfortunately don't recall, also was very kind and helpful regarding steps I should take to restore phone access. Staff at this store location are always great -- highly recommend!!
