Ridiculously long wait times. One teller at ANY time during the day including the business window. ONLY 3 windows total...! Unfortunately, Bank of america has decided the customer service is going to be a thing of the past. Trust me, they are preparing for it. If you want quarters, forget it...They are blaming Covid on the shortage. If you want a notary, forget it...You must make an appointment 24 hours in advance. How about a consultation for a mortgage? "Sorry the wait time will be 30 minutes." What a MESS.. I'll be moving my personal checking and savings, as well as my business checking to another bank or credit union in the next month.

This location needs a new Manager!! She does not know how to process basic paperwork or handle account functions. Pls save us from the the m*rons here!

Terrible place. The line had probably about 10 people in it with one teller all the while the manager was walking around talking to people holding her tablet. I asked her to open a window, no luck. Fun 30 minutes in line haha. The teller was very kind and helpful.

This is absolutely the worst bank for customer service. 30-40 minutes on hold. Will not give you the information on your own account unless you physically walk into the bank. Horrible. If I didn't have my automated deposits and withdrawals in this bank, I would cancel my account!!! I use PNC also, and never have these issues. Management needs to fix this or they will disappear like so many others.

Bank of America management should be ashamed of themselves. They have almost no staff here so they can cut payroll so now you have to wait in line for at least 20 mins at anytime. They only have one teller no drive thru so why come here they are trying to force everyone to go to the atm or online. Last time for me I will close all Bank of America accounts.
