Customer service is horrible! There are plenty of employees to help. They are either stocking inventory or talking to one another on such a busy day. This is the second time this has happened. Tell me what is the purpose of buy online and pick up in store? I have to wait in the long line to pick up my order!! This is the only store that does this! To make it worse my order was wrong and all they needed to do is switch it. It is on my receipt! There needs to be a better strategy to make things run smoother. Re-train your staff.

If you looking to get good customer service it isn't here. The cashier lady was very rude. I don't know the name but she was wearing a hijab. She was very rude with other customers and giving attitude. You can tell how uncomfortable the customers felt and wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to exchange a body spray and the MANAGER HER SELF was extremely rude. I didn’t have my receipt but I paid with my credit card and she said she couldn’t look it up bc it was a free reward item. I got in line to cash in another free reward and they kept looking at me like I didn’t understand them the first time.

Love going to this store. However, this Saturday there was a cashier named Ashley with horrible customer service around 7pm. Put a smile on your face it’s the holidays!

Standing out in the mall with doors locked and it clearly says on line doors open at 9am. It's 9:45. Manager said come back at 10 store hours are wrong. Very bad customer service.
