I placed an order online through Best Buy but the the service was way behind o customers that I waited over 30 minutos in a online order. Employees were not happy of being working in the store.

They don’t have enough people to help out, so I would avoid. I placed an online pick up order and yet I had to wait 5 minutes for a free cashier and then for the trade in I had to wait 10 minutes, making what was supposed to be a quick trip take even longer than planned.

Good store The only thing is that there is someone here who is supposedly the manager and she is a bad apple, I don't know how they have a person like that working there. That's the most disrespectful thing there is. I like to go to Best Buy to buy things, they have things you need, audio, TVs, phones, etc. So far I have no complaints.

This is a good place to shop for tech and get some toys and snacks here but getting help from an associate is a task. They don't have enough workers or the workers here are not even bothered to help you.
