This is such an organized Box Lunch! I really appreciated the cleanliness and the large wall of collectibles. I found what I was looking for and happy they had it in stock! The cashier was super nice and shared my enthusiasm for the fandom. Great spot!

Was very turned off by this location. While looking at a funko, I noticed something was broken and handed it to staff. At which they said oh, let's just glue the arm back on. I hope they were joking.

I love the staff at the HIP's BoxLunch! Especially Jess, she's so nice and helpful! One of the best BoxLunch in the Chicagoland area. :D

Staff is eager to help and extensively knowledgable on what they offer. Unique, elevated merch with lovely designs. Pins, plushes, and stickers are good, but I especially love their novelty items like their character blankets, kitchen sets, and loungefly bags.

First time visiting this store. i was greeted by the awesome associate Jess! she was so nice polite also gave positive vibes. she was very helpful, I was looking for specific Loungefly backpacks she helped me right away .she knew exactly what I was looking for .she explained to me how i can earn points also deals ! which items came with wallets. I love my four Loungefly backpacks .i am very happy????-Thank you Jess for the awesome customer service also great conversation . Definitely coming back next weekend! I recommend this location also i recommend asking for Jess ???? she is awesome great vibes .
