I went shopping here recently the store was very organized i found a lot of cute summer clothes! The cashier was also very polite and helpful. I will definitely be shopping here soon!

The customer service here is absolutely disgusting! I came here to get a graduation gift for my bf sister and couldn’t get any type of service when it to the questions I had about the items I wanted to purchase. The sales person with the RED HAIR had an attitude from hell! Never come here!

I went in looking for some graphic tee's which I absolutely love from Charlotte Russe and initially couldn't find my size. I had asked for assistance and the employee was extremely helpful and also very nice. I had over looked my size even though the clothing was extremely organized. I will definitely be going back to this location!

I informed the worker at the register that there were no more size small pants on the rack but I found a small on the mannequin. I asked if I could have the pants on that were on the mannequin and the lady said which ones so I pointed and she said yes. I decided to walk over there so she can meet me there but another girl showed up and said no I can't take that off. I not understanding why just decided to not make a fuss and just pay for the other items I had. I then get in line already kinda upset just not sure how hard it is to take a pair of pants of the mannequin. There are like 5-6 people in line.... the line isn't moving until I finally just gave up. I can't imagine it being an employee shortage because they had like 5 workers there. Anyway just not a fan of this store anymore.

I asked an employee to see a certain size of a shirt that was hung up and she was extremely rude didn’t even want to speak. Then the cashier was also very rude when asked if we can try on clothes! If they don’t like their job why work there ! Definitely not coming back to this location !

This location is inside the mall and is going out of business. So naturally everything is on sale and almost all gone as well. This location was very small and I'm not going to miss it. The remaining workers were rude and nonchalant. Hopefully a new shop with better items will replace them. On a positive note, they do have really cute shoes!!!

Charlotte Russe. ..you guys have super awesome sales prices but horrible nightmare lines that move so slowly that you're loosing money on customers, like me that are walking out and hanging up the $200 in merchandise I was going to buy but refuse to spend and hour in line...... Can a manager please open up another registe? Please? Can't you guys restock after the afternoon rush??
