The middle ATM outside NEVER works. There is only 1 ATM inside now and the touch screen doesn't work on that one. So frustrating that it's at a prime location but never has it's act together

Homeless people right outside the front door trying to sell gum to people. Come on. That is ridiculous. Hot shot with the beard and cushy cubicle inside should say something and tell them to go hang out outside Dunkin Donuts. Get solicitors away from the front door of the bank and ATM. What is wrong with you people??! You people meaning the employees at Chase.

Walked into this location in Norridge Harlem Ave to close an account with my two kids 30 min or so before closing time. What I thought would take 15 min and be simple ..was not. The manager ZORAIDA L RODRIGUEZ had no clue what she was doing. She instructed me to go to the ATM when I was standing right in front of the teller to pull out the money from the account, that didn't work. Then she approached me and instructed me to access an app and reset my limits. I refused. Why would I go to an atm and then an app when I am inside the branch in front of the teller and manager? It made no sense to me. Then she states she reset the limits already. So why you asking me to go to an app? Then she said "I will tell you what to do and you will do it" I told her she didn't know what she was doing. I requested to see a banker she then told me I need to leave! And repeated several times "I am the manager Im trying to help you" I went to speak with another lady and I was informed that the banker was busy even though I could see they had no one with them. As I was speaking with her Zoraida Rodriguez approached me again and told me to leave threatening she was going to call the POLICE!!!! She threatened me several times with my two kids. I asked for her name and she refused to say her name to me. She then went to grab a business card and handed me her business card (power move). She completely does not know what customer service is and how to do a simple closing of an account. She has no compassion and could not provide me with one solution at all. If as a manager she wanted to help me she would go ask a banker what to do since she didn't know. But did she even attempt to do that. Absolutely not. And she didn't even care. THREATENING CUSTOMERS WITH POLICE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. She has no kindness and no compassion. Looks like employees there walk on eggshells since even the employee would not tell me her name when I asked.Ridiculous. I hope this branch gets a NEW manager as soon as possible. YOU ALL DESERVE BETTER AND SO DO ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!!!! I reported this to Chase so I hope something is done about this.UPDATE* Couple days later I returned to this location saw a banker at that location it took 10 minutes! and I was handed the money from the account without any issues.

Personally, I am very disappointed with this location, I wanted to open a bank account and the Hispanic women who greet you at the entrance almost took me out of the bank by the hand, they gave me a lot of buts because they didn't want to help me... anyway, I think that Hispanics are more miserable among ourselves. What a disappointment!!

The best Manager I ever came across in all the Chase branches. The best tellers always eager to help with a beautiful smile. The best of the best Customer Service you can ask for. Visit this branch to experience yourself and you will have the same view as mine.

Came to open checking account for my teenage daughter. The "banker" wasn't in so the "doorman" ask us to setup an appointment. He would not say what time we can come back unless my daughter gave him all sort of personal information including her telephone number - all of this information had to be given within earshot of other people in the lobby.I don't think that the Chase bank care about security of it's clients.The more they say they care the less secure your information is.Idiocracy!

I have attempted multiple online transactions with Chase and they have all been horrible experiences. They have an impenetrable login protocol. Their customer service is appallingly awful. A wire transfer initiated one week ago has yet to be completed. Repeated calls to Chase have yielded no answers as to what is going on. They seem to be all about "security " and have no interest in "service". I cannot discourage the use of Chase more vigorously.

I was very satisfied with the service at the bank. I am very grateful to Banker Roman Kureiko for his professionalism. It is very nice when all issues are resolved very quickly. For me, as a business owner, prompt resolution of the issue is very important.
