No way to reach this place, you have to drive in to ask a basic question.
They also yell out your prescription so the whole Target can hear, a video and complaint of thishappening was submitted to the department of health office of civil rights for HIPPA violations.

I was waiting for the pharmacy to open and I come here frequently and Allison is always such a sweetheart even when she isn't on the time clock. While she was waiting to start work some woman asked her where a something was and she politely told the woman that she did not know. The same woman came back 10 minutes later to berrate poor Allison and kept yelling. Allison walked away because she was clearly shaken up as the woman was being aggressive and belligerent. The woman kept following the poor technician around just screaming at her. I commend Allison for keeping her cool and walking away from the situation. She didn't deserve to be harassed like that all because she didn't know where something was. The pharmacist came and saw the poor technician trying to get away from this belligerent woman and did not even step in to protect or defend the technician. CVS needs to protect their employees better from people who clearly want to start physical confrontations. It's not acceptable that this poor technician kept having to be followed by a fool that has nothing better to do than harass young women.

They recently updated their automated phone directory. HANDS DOWN IT IS THE WORST EVER. It is much worse than their previous directory. Unbelievably awful. It just goes silent randomly. Doesn't understand clear directions. WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN. I hate it and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I hope CVS changes it or loses lots of business. People need medication, this is serious. Not like it's a phone line for Toys R Us.

I asked the pharmacist lady with long brown straight hair where the COVID tests are, she said she didn't have them behind the counter and didn't know where they were in the store, she watched me circle the same aisles for like 7 mins till I looked behind the counter and realized the tests were literally right behind the woman who said they didn't have them, then when I asked for her for a test she said she's on break and it'll be 15 mins and when I sat down in a chair to wait for their break to be over she said I can't sit down and that I have to stand, then when their break was over apparently she couldn't sell me the test behind the counter and someone else helped me find the ones u can buy in the aisles, she doesn't seem to know what's going on around her

Closes early on Wednesdays before 8PM. 3x I rushed to arrive before closing hours posted and arrive within 10 minutes but they are closed. Also I hate picking up from here they make you yell out last name and prescription. Stop advertising what I’m picking up.

If you need prescriptions for a pet do NOT use this pharmacy. They were negligent and miswrote the instructions on a new medication for our dog, and we ended up giving her triple the daily dosage the vet prescribed because of this. We're lucky nothing more than lowered appetite and lethargy happened to our dog.

Everything is great when I go in person, the problem is that when I call them they never again never answer their phone. I even went there and called them and see them pitch the phone and hang up, not cool at all. I will change pharmacy and let corporate know about the situation.
