Everything is great when I go in person, the problem is that when I call them they never again never answer their phone. I even went there and called them and see them pitch the phone and hang up, not cool at all. I will change pharmacy and let corporate know about the situation.

Price gouging. Greed has taken over this location. They tried to charge me $150 for meds that I got at Costco for $15. Will not return. Have been going to this CVS for years while at Target. Both have lost my business. Transferred all my scripts. Go to Costco. You don't need a membership at the pharmacy.

Do not use this pharmacy. Wife goes to pick up prescription. They report it’s not ready come back. She receives text the following day that it is ready. Go to pick it up. They state it’s not ready. Then state they do not have it and they have not had it for months. This is untrue as she had picked it up at this pharmacy for the past several months.As she needs this medication, she ask if it is available at another location. Pharmacist replies she may call later to see IF she has time. So, my wife elects to call another location herself. It is indeed available at the other location.Now, the kicker is that while my wife was waiting in line for her initial pick up, the man in front of her was complaining to that same pharmacist that she changed his prescription and he has no idea why and that they should not be changing his script. Pharmacist offers no explanation and the man leaves upset After he is out of ear shot, the pharmacist and the staff laugh about it behind his back. It was the most disrespectful thing my wife has personally witnessed by a pharmacy.Apparently this location thinks your prescription needs are a joke. So, my advice is stay far, far away.

Mitcheal and Kate helped me and were extremely patient and kind! I myself have bouts of health anxiety and get nervous dealing with doctors and medication and they made the process at the pharmacy smooth and quick despite some issues on my end about insurance. I could not have asked for a better experience, they kept me calm, assured me, and I will definitely keep this CVS location as my go to pharmacy.

on wednesday december 28 2022 i was the very first customer at 9am. it gives me great pleasure to say this was one of the nicest pharmacists i have come across. this young lady was efficient precise and courteous. how about that in todays society. no need to say anything more.

At the CVS pharmacy in the Target at the HIP, Samar and Mitcheal went above and beyond helping my husband fill my Eliquis prescription. We had some complications with authorizing the RX and activating the coupon, but they worked with my ER doctor and got everything resolved. I really appreciate the assistance especially since this drug is vital to my recovery.

Called 4 rimes last week to get 2 other prescriptions filled got no answer, told tech that I will be in on Friday to pick up other medicalWaited 15 minutes in line, 1 prescription was ready. Got there today the other prescription was not ready.. Since they are doing shots,they need more help

After 2 weeks of being on hold, standing in line, and waiting for a prescription I spend and hour in line to be told they lost the prescription, it was an electronic prescription! How do you lose an electronic prescription?! Avoid this place at all costs!

Here's what the issue is...very nice Pharmasist, good service... BUT what kind of a company leaves the pharmacist ALONE to deal with orders, fills, customer orders and purchases?!!! It took me 40 minutes on the phone and still no ine picked up the call..because there is only ONE PERSON running the entire pharmacy!! SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT!!!

Walked in to get the vaccine and asked the pharmacist directly if the Pfizer vaccine being offered was the FDA approved vaccine. She replied yes. Then AFTER getting the shot I received an email from CVS telling me the shot I received was actually the EUA and not the approved vile. Called CVS and was told to “Google it” instead of explaining why the email said it was EUA. Email info attached for reference.If your getting vaccinated…Please check your email after, as they appear to be giving old vaccines to people who aren’t Intelligent enough to care.Vaccine administered:PFIZER COVID-19 VACCINE (EUA)
