I don’t get why the bad reviews. This place is close to my house so I’ve used it couple times, everytime the employees have been so kind and extremely helpful because I never know what the hell I’m doing. The place is clean and organized and I’ve never had to wait more than 5minutes with super easy parking.

I’m not sure why the reviews on this location are of unhappy customers. My experience every time I’m there is more than just satisfied! Very friendly employees and I usually see the same employees particularly one male employee who’s almost always there and helps, wish I can remember his name because he deserves to be recognized for his high customer service skills!!! Definitely my go to FedEx location!!!

the lady at the counter needs to learn active listening, especially if she wants a career in customer service. She closed my envelope while I was telling her I needed the documents notarized, then when asked her not to seal it she laughed at me. She is super rude, and needs some training.

I needed copies of an email and asked this young lady to help. Instead she was flirting with the help and never came back to print the job. I had to leave and came back 15 mins later. I still had to ask someone else to help who seemed like she was having difficulty pulling up the emails. Other workers (the black guy) picked and chose who he wanted to help even though he saw people standing for help.. Ridiculous

Ditto to my review from a year ago. I went to the store for the same reason as I did in 2020 and once again received great service, this time from Chris. Nice to know the reliability at this FedEx store lives on! Package is slated to arrive at the destination within five days - more than enough time to get there for Christmas.

I stood in line waiting watching people get things for free. Once it was my turn in line, I was ignored. The worker turned around to take care or trash without a comment or a glance. I guess I am less than trash. Thanks for making me feel like I don't matter, FedEx Elmwood Park. I guess I will have to find another FedEx close To River Forest. Historically, there are some helpful and nice people here. I have noticed recently they are not as willing to do some of the jobs they would do in the past, instead pushing me off to the self use copiers. Personally, I like being in and out without much hassle due to Covid, but they now have print minimums or else you get a surcharge.

My "home" FedEx!! Exceptional attention from my favorites Cesar, Michael and Vince! They are the best and I have been to FedEx offices across the country! Always great to see my guys and I know that I am in great hands!

The entire staff at this location are all top notch- but I must add Elijah as a super special worker. He was extremely conscientious of my inability navigate through the process of what I needed to do in the store that day. that's huge when you have someone that cares enough to help a customer out! It would have been very easy to just point and say what I needed to do , but he saw that I needed help and he helped me! Actually everybody that worked there was extremely helpful and pleasant! Elijah- thanks again! I will recommend this location to anyone I know that needs the services offered!

I stop in once a month or so to drop off a package and have been impressed that the staff has kept up their courtesy and spirits while maintaining a safe environment. I'm sure they've been working harder than ever with the demands of this pandemic yet they've continued to be helpful. Every now and then I seem to wait a while for service, but it's not a big deal.

Rude, phone operator and in store. I asked if they do faxes, yes i said faxes...I was surprised the government off needed me to fax a signed document to the LOL. I'm a millennial this kinda was a new experience for me! The employee was upset that I didn't know where the machine was or how to use it. He aggressively said I'll do it, give me the paper, give me your card, of I didn't need to do this ADAP I would left. The a****** didn't even give me a receipt. Now I have a $10 charge pending on my account...now I have to call the bank and FEDEX to fix the accounting issue. Never go here, or you be more aggressive than I was!

This location consistantly delivers print jobs before the estimated completion time. Today I had an incident with another printing store who messed up my order that was supposed to be finished yesterday. I came to this FedEx/Kinkos location and they remedied my situation within 30 minutes. I'll just come here from now on.

I really wish I had taken the name of the two women who helped me out the other day when I went in because it was beyond what I expected to happen. I am 9 months pregnant, literally less than 12 days from delivering and I walked in with a 6 x 9 rug over my shoulder and a two year old tagging along side with me. I had it just rolled up not knowing how to package this rug to ship. I brought some things with me in case that's what was needed to package it. These two women jumped right in to assist me helping to wrap it up with what I brought and then taped it all up for me with a smile on their face. They did not huff and puff. They didn't make me feel like a nuisance. People had started lining up and they didn't panic but other staff members jumped in to help. It was all so seamless. I love this location. They've always been good to me but today really stood out to me as I never see this kind of genuine human care and good gesture. I hope someone in management reads this and commends their staff.
