The service at this location is GREAT! Maira is an outstanding manager who consistently goes above and beyond. She is always ready to pick up the phone, answer questions, and support in any way possible. I would recommend it, especially for quick business needs.

Asked to have the package weighed and to write the amount on the receipt. Threw the pen at me and walked away. Say their too busy. This has happened twice. Zero stars for customer service.

PETER! BEST EMPLOYEE EVER! Which made the experience amazing. We needed some business cards and they turned out great, and Peter not only was so polite over the phone to myself, but then a delight with my colleague that went to pick up the items. Then we decided they we needed more cards last minute and in a rush and Peter was happy to help yet again. Thanks Peter & FedEx!

Who works there and took care of me
Has an attitude every time when asked a question.
No customer service positive experience at all.
I printed the name and address
Did not double checked herself but yes asked me to double checked when for got readers. I should have said double check yourself that's why I printed the address on a paper for you to see.
I believe employees should double- don't get so confident that you cannot make mistakes.
Almost as if you asking a blind person to double-check if the address was printed for teller to see. Specifically.
It shouldn't be any problem unless the package is redirect to another pickup station.
* how do I know if the person that I'm sending it to has another pickup station for their packages.
Never apologized. Until I pointed that it was her mistake to begin with.
We can fix it she said

I had to swipe card again and deal with refund process time.
I should have waiting for the hispanic lady who looked a lot friendlier.
Bad experience.

Fedex driver block the entrance to the business instead of parking in a parking spot and let there customers flow in free. Went I ask the driver to moved I was told he does not care. Employee come out to see why I start honking and was took to come back at a different time by the location Employee. Sad because I go there everyday but now going to a different location.

About a month ago, I had a to ship a very important package out and Mira was the person who I was lucky enough to have help me. She was so kind and understanding of my needs. It was the weekend and she let me know how the process went and what to expect with the tracking. Because of her information, I was completely at ease. She is a very sweet, and caring young lady and I am so happy I got to meet her.

Easy to ship from here. Getting there a little tricky since it is on a triangle, bounded by Irving Park , Forest Preserve drive and Harlem.
