Store super clean and organized with cute selections. Workers are sweet and when I had a question I was directed to the manager who was super helpful and super friendly.

Horrible customer service!! Went there to return an order from shein an the lady in front with the glasses was extremely rude. Really hate when people work with customer service and don’t know how to handle some situations. I think she was mad because she was finishing her day or I don’t know. Horrible!

Never coming here again, I came in to return a shein package, I didn’t know I had to do the return myself on my phone prior to coming in & when I went to do the exchange the manager asked for the bar code, I said I didn’t have it and her response was “well I can’t do anything then” I asked her if she knew how I was able to do it? And she said “nope I don’t know” How do you have someone so rude with such a horrible personality running your store? And also if she’s a manager and this is a new service your store is now offering I would think managers are then instructed or trained on this new service and would be Capable of advising a customer if they have any questions, this person should not by any means be running this store if she’s not happy with her job, sorry that you are like 50 working at forever 21 lol be mad at yourself not the customers babe.

The worst Forever 21 in Illinois. The manager or person who thinks she is a manager, a woman who wears glasses, with a gap of hair on her head, with a robust build, I describe her because she did not want to give me her name, she treated me very badly, she was very rude, she did not want to change me some boots that I had bought as a gift and they were not the correct size, he spoke to me rudely, in a mocking and defiant manner, what a disgusting store and staff so incompetent and lacking in customer service, if I could give zero stars I would

Store is kept nice and organized but the managers specifically are always in a bad mood and give attitude. I was turned away from doing a return 15 mins before closing, the manager literally said “do you expect me to return an item 15 mins before closing” with so much attitude and then proceeded to say the store was close. Nonetheless she ended up taking the return after being so rude and it took her less than a minute. Plus the return was only one item.

The most rude and unwelcoming experience I've ever experienced at any Forever 21 store. It is 5:25pm and the manager Nilda told us it was closed and did not allow any customers inside the store. I told her the hours stated 6pm and she repeatedly told me to leave as well as she did to many other customers trying to enter.

Manager, Litzy, was OVERLY rude. Did not allow for me to exchange an item because it was “worn” when it never was and they sold it exactly like that, which was also why I didn’t want it. Litzy continued talking over me even as I was being patient trying to ask questions she continued interrupting me and repeating herself without acknowledging what I was asking. I wanted to speak to a store manager, which was also denied to me. The customer service here is HORRIBLE and just blatantly rude. I would not recommend shopping at this location. If you run into an exchange or return issue, they will NOT help. They would rather you call customer service and continue to deny you.

Never again will I be shopping here I used to love it here, my bf and I were shopping they will always let us go in together because I need help to zip up the dress they never had a problem the employee there was like you go over there this is for the mens. But yet it doesn’t say “mens dressing room” it just says dressing room at first I thought he was friendly because he offered a bag but no after he started following me everywhere like if I were going to steal something and I wanted to see if he was following and indeed he was I used to work in retail I know exactly how this works. You guys should do better for your customers I’ve never have I felt embarrassed, mad, and importantly humiliated. This store used to not be how it used to, horrible experience with the new employees.

Cashiers very rude. I was checking out a few days ago and I was being friendly, and asked “you guys take apple pay right?” she looked at me and goes “i don’t know do we?”. I was so shook i didn’t believe she said it and just akwardly laughed. not how you treat customers. if u don’t like ur job u shouldn’t be showing that towards customers
