ATTENTION: DO NOT go to Gabachief in Norridge! They will refuse you for Covid testing if you do not have insurance. But, if you do have insurance, Gabachief will try to scam your insurance and bill a insane incorrect amount. When I tried calling them to question my explanation of benefits that I received from my insurance company, the owner was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me because I was questioning the amount that was charged to my insurance company.

Gabachief Medical is the best place to go if you are looking to enhance your recovery! Top of the line equipment helped me recover from a torn ACL and meniscus and return to sports in just 5 months! Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well--Brian Costello, Chief, and Brian Radestock all know their stuff! Highly recommend!

Words cannot express the gratitude I have toward the staff at Gabachief Medical. Little did I know that tearing the rotator cuff in my shoulder would lead me to be best customer service I have ever experienced. When my doctor recommended this company to aid in my recovery, I was eager to get started. The vascutherm cold therapy device made the recovery process quick and effective. After this experience I plan on recommending Gabachief Medical to any family members and friends that need aid in their recovery process. I had spinal surgery which required a special back and spine brace. They sized me, fitted me, and handled ALL the paperwork for me. It was effortless. I highly recommend this place. Excellent customer service. I will be going back for other supplies as well as for my elderly FIL.

My orthopedic surgeon recommended GabaChief medical supplies after my acl replacement surgery. I needed a machine to lift & move my leg which increased my range of motion. The owner, Brian took care of me personally. He delivered the device & showed me how to use it. Very professional & highly recommended.
