After 24h they didn’t even touch my laptop
I took it back, it was easy 40 min repair, they don’t care didn’t even open it.

I took my computer here and they charge tons of $$$ like half the price of your computer without even proper diagnosing the problem. The tech is not even knowledgable enough. They keep hiring these newbies. They used to be good especially that african-american man was there . He knows what he is doing. I left and I took my computer somewhere tech only charge 15$ for it. My stuff is working like brandnew.

Another happy customer thanks to the Geek Squad and Best Buy. Was having a little problem with a printer set-up called the Geek Squad and made an appointment they came out to the house and I explained what happened the tech Anthony said .oh I see what you did and within a short time my printer was up and running, thanks to the Geek Squad.

Based on my insurance, I had the option to go to this location to fix my phone screen, so I made an appointment since it was the closest to my house. When I got there, the guy said that they couldn’t help me because they didn’t provide same day service there. He said they would have to send out my phone and it would take a week or 2 to get it back. I told him that online i selected same day service.When he told his manager in the back, he came back and said the technician that fixes phones was not there.It was a waste of my time and I was so disappointed. If they can’t help, why make it an option online to make an appointment if the service can not be provided.I had to travel all the way to the Apple Store and thankfully they fixed it in an hour and a half.

I went to Geek Squad so they could take contents from my desktop and put onto a flashdrive. I was told on the phone when I first called to inquire that it would just take an hour. I had my appt and took the desktop in and was told by this guy named Eva Magri that It would take days. Seriously, all you have to do is drag the contents onto the flashdrive. Left it and was called a few days later. Someone opened the flashdrive for me and was told there were two viruses on the flashdrive. All was contained and corrected. So looks like Geek Squad put a virus on the flashdrive so my laptop could get infected, which would then force me to take it in to Geek Squad so they can fix it. But I'm guessing my virus wear would have caught and corrected that anyway. Don't trust Best Buy with anything. They obviously did this intentionally. This is my 2nd bad experience with Best Buy, first one was with a purchase. I will NEVER go back to Best Buy again. I will be shopping at ABT.

Was told I could take Cate of this on the phone. And than they changed their mind to send out a person. Found someone else to take care of minor problem. And did not have to get pressure into to there yearly contracts!

Last week made an evening appointment. Was told my iPhone needed to stay overnight for the repair because it was late. Rescheduled the appointment for next week 10am. Was told the phone will have to stay overnight again because they are too busy. Terrible communication and I will not return. Wasted 3 weeks. Apple here I come.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and MANAGEMENT we will never spend another dollar thanks to manager EDWIN who refused to help us and denied he was the manager so he wouldn't have to resolve our problem and had us waiting for half an hour ?

By far the worst customer service known to mankind the manager Edwin made us wait 30 minutes for a refund & lied & said he wasn't the manager so he wouldn't have to help resolve our problem.

I had the utmost respect for the Geek Squad. I believe Best Buy is ruining their biggest selling point: their tech service. The arrogance is now palpable. Forget you are a customer, you are a thorn in their profitability. I've spent over 10 K at Best Buy. I'm not a geek, so where do I turn?

I had to write this.I’ve seen a lot of pretty terrible reviews and I cannot believe any of them.Mo (the manager) and his colleague(I don’t know his name unfortunately) but they were outstanding.Not only did I receive good service but they went above and beyond for me.And that is an understatement. I really appreciate the good customer service that was given to me today.
