“Hyper Fight Fitness is an excellent boxing gym for students of all levels. My son who wrestles wanted to try boxing. My only experience was the Chicago Park Dist. boxing programs from my youth. In comparison, Hyper Fight will keep your kid's interest longer with several different coaches, better equipment, facilities, different skill level classes, and a friendly atmosphere. One day he came out of practice telling me he saw 2 pro boxers training there and they were down to earth and friendly. He thought that was really cool and wanted to train even more. Bogdan and Kamila run a top notch gym. Highly recommended 10/10 rating.”

“CrossFit Wilmette was my first endeavor into this type of training. Been at it for the past 6 months and I'm probably the fittest that I have been in my entire life. The coaches are wonderful and being 'older', I really appreciate how deliberate the programming is - especially the time we take to warm up. “Ive been coming to the Garage Gym heavy AF classes for 6 weeks now and absolutely love them! I was previously just doing one class a week and purchased the five pack, but I decided to move forward with a membership to start going multiple times a week because of how much I’ve enjoyed the classes! All of the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the people who attend the classes are also great and motivated to work hard. “I just signed up today but this place is a gem. It took 20-30 minutes for the entire tour and membership process and I was off on my own for my first workout. I was there during “peak” time but there was plenty of room and almost no one doing chest on an international chest day (Monday). So it was perfect for me.I can tell I’m going to have a wonderful time here going forward. If you’re a bit tired of the commercial gym vibe, and want to see what a bodybuilding gym is like, you need to check this place out.”

“My nephew was visiting me during his recent holiday break and wanted to work out. My wonderful neighbor connected me to Dennis (owner of CrossFit Severance). Dennis was super helpful and accommodating for the few weeks that my nephew was in town. I am not a member but I would definitely join if I didn't already have a membership elsewhere. I observed the classes and they look high energy and incredibly motivating. Go check them out!”

“Bluprint or bust! I have been at Bluprint now for over a year and can't speak more highly of a gym/box. I came to Bluprint with 6 years of Crossfit under my belt. I had been community to my old gym up north for years but knew I had to make the change to a closer gym. Community was number one for me as I find that the biggest motivation in the gym. Bluprint coaches and members welcomed me with open arms. The space itself has tons of room with all the top equipment you want in the box. The programing is a great balance of endurance and lifting. There are tons off class times and open gym options that work with my schedule. I am so happy to be part of this gym and community!”

“Aneta is an awesome trainer/instructor. She is outstanding, knowledgeable, professional and affordable. I started with Aneta about 2 months ago, and it has been a great experience. I definitely made the right choice by choosing Aneta and her studio. Aneta has taken the time not only to train me, but also takes the time to give me advice on the types of foods that I should eat, advice on supplements and also advice on different workouts at home. I've been struggling with losing weight for years and Aneta helped me overcome my weakness. She has helped me gain my confidence back and I am so happy she is my trainer.
