Nice store and im a frequent shopper in this location. but in a recent instance will forever put a bad taste in my mouth. november 20th, 3:00pm, two of the Caucasian employees were following me around the shop as i came in to browse after work, one of them even rushed to a section where i was looking at pajamas. i will not be giving my service to this particular location.

Vivi helped me pick a birthday gift for my family member who's 10 years old and automatically went up to me to help without me asking. She was very kind & chill to talk with I would recommend going to her for help!

Very wide selection of items, and everyone who works here is very friendly. I received great customer service from Howel the last time I was here. I had a question about a particular item, and they were super easy to talk to, very helpful, and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clothing options were great despite tragic lack of pins at the time, though this is explainable since I came by closer to closing (there are likely much more pins earlier in the day). Costumer service was great, Amber was really helpful and I could tell she knew what she was doing. Very professional and amiable.

Was warmly greeted by Ivana, shared in awesome taste in black lipstick, and also assisted by Amber and Liv. Very amazing and very awesome ladies being the beautiful beating hearts of Hot Topic. I didn't even end up buying anything, but I certainly feel compelled to now. Also, Zzy just looks fxcking cool in her picture. Would definitely visit again. ?
