This morning I had issues with all four tires due to the cold weather, which caused the pressure to drop. I tried to fix the problem myself, but the caps on the valve stems were completely stuck. Since Just Tires was close to my home, I decided to stop by for help. It was my first time visiting this location.
I was assisted by Agnieszka Zabielski, who welcomed me right away and provided excellent support. The service was fast, professional, and very helpful. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable.
If you need any tire-related assistance, I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

Being my first time at this location, I was a bit skeptical about giving it a try—but I’m so glad I did! Thank you to all the staff who took care of me, especially Aries and Aga, for making the tire selection and purchase of my three all-season tires such a breeze.
When I asked whether it was necessary to replace my fourth tire (which had been changed a few months ago due to a flat), they inspected it and assured me it didn’t need to be replaced. I really appreciated this honesty—it showed they were more focused on providing quality service than just making a sale.
Thank you again! I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Very good service and honest.
Found issues with my struts, and oil plug before they even tried to remove the oil plug on my vehicle.
And also found that my motor mounts were leaking. Since they couldn’t do the oil change they didn’t charge me, and told me I had to go to a full service auto repair shop. I will go back there for future work. Highly recommended!

Just Tires Norridge, is by far the best i have been to. This is my third vehicle I've had serviced by them. My business car get a lot of miles on it and yet I travel from Schaumburg to Norridge because the service matters. The customer service has always been great, everyone is friendly and personable. Agnieszka, Lou and Aries do a great job at explaining my car's needs to me. I don't ever feel like they are trying to over sell me on things I don't need. Also coming inside not only are you greeted by friendly staff the seating area is always decorated for seasons and I love the plants. The coloring area is a huge help when I have my son along. The wait time is average but the guys in back do a great job. I try to come on less busy days and the earlier the better.

Zero, I drop off my vehicle to get my front tire patched and all most 4 hrs later I show up after waiting for a phone call I never got just for them to tell me that they couldn’t patch my tire and the best I could do would be to buy a new tire… I said no of course after that they tried to convict that they would “give me a spare tire” for 25 bucks. Bro I could do that my self smh so I said no to that and finally 30min later that I get my key to my car in the same condition I left it in.
