My daughter and I came to town for a concert and she lost her glasses. They were able to get Ius in for an eye exam, and make glasses within a couple of hours. They were kind, understanding, and quick!

They were simply fenomenal! Ann, the optometrist, was so kind and sweet. Even though I’m sure she’s done this a million time she treats you like your her very first customer. Thank you Ann! On the customer service optician side of things they were also great. Even though I didn’t find the glasses I was looking for they went above and beyond to get me glasses the same day! They told me that they typically take about 15 days to get the lenses, but using my original frames they just happened to have lenses of my prescription and get them cut and installed in just a few hours. Angela, the Service attendant didn’t have to check but she did and was able to get me my glasses quickly, which I so desperately needed. Her Manager was also a big help. Thank you all!

Amazing Experience! From setting up the appointment to meeting our doctor to our sales person Fabian to the lead Mike the experience was seamless. I got so lucky that they even had my prescription lens in stock and was able to walk out with my prescription glasses same day!

The store has a good vibe and a great selection of unique frames. I took my time trying on glasses and didn’t feel the kind of awkward sales pressure or hovering that I have felt at other places. The best part about this store is the staff. They are pleasant, helpful, and polite and just the right people to help you choose your glasses. 10/10 Would recommend

I’ve had great experiences at the Harlem-Irving LensCrafters! I’ve been getting my glasses there for years.
The manager and employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me! I highly recommend this place.

This is my 3rd time going to the Norridge, Illinois location. All 3 times I have been served by Mike, he has amazing customer top class service. Goes above and beyond his Job duties to make me feel as a paying customer, that I matter to Lenscrafters.
Hope this young man is considered for advancement with the Company being that he does so much for not only myself, but individuals like me who live paycheck to paycheck.

I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge our cashier Albert. I can’t tell you enough what a wonderful experience we had today. Albert our cashier was super friendly and was very very honest about pricing. I love that he gave me all my options but didn’t push anything at all. Because of this I definitely will continue to keep coming back here. We had a terrible experience at our last eye place and spent way more than we were comfortable with. I truly appreciate the suggestions but not feeling pressured at all by Albert. He was totally transparent and honored what we were comfortable with. Our Doctor Margaret Tran was amazing as well. She was very kind and patient and made my son‘s first experience with glasses very positive. I will continue to be a loyal customer to this location.
