If I can give a zero star I would. I walked into a very rude employee by the name of Eva. Totally horrible attitude unprofessional. She seemed to give a Secretary of State type vibe. Took my business down to locked room a couple stores down. Eva can you please quit thank you.

i usually don’t write reviews but today my experience was awful. my husband was going to exchange a hat and i had the receipt and everything. a very rude lady 🧌 says it was past the 30 days . which if she would’ve looked closer tomorrow marks the 30 days NOT today. she says that in the most rudest way. and then she goes ahead and says it’s dirty, same tone and attitude. she then tells us to go to “the locker” and at that point i didn’t even bother to ask where that is. (we live very far away) overall experience was awful thanks to that rude lady. i don’t recommend this place. go to “the locker” cause we got the help we needed there without a single problem. and because it’s a full size store unlike this one.

It’s just lids took like 10 mins to complete the transaction of 1 hat because their system malfunctioned. People in there could be far more customer oriented.

Great hats. Great employees. Horrible management. Manager lady is big miserable and I came in here to buy a custom hat and I received zero help and zero customer service from the so called “manager”

Hey lady, I don't know if you work there as an employee, oh she's the owner but she's a grocer, bad face, bad attitude, she looks at you from head to toe, how to see if you have the money to pay, very bad service ??
