I went by today to exchange my mother’s birthday gift due to ordering her and my bracelet (online) in the wrong size. Zoriana was an amazing help and so friendly to us! She made my mom feel super special and even offered to take pictures of us to keep for memories 💕.

I absolutely love this Pandora location! The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about their customers. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience enjoyable. I don’t usually shop at this mall, but I haven’t found a better Pandora location than this one!
