If I could give this store a zero, I would. The young kid was helpful but the manager should not be there. She was SO RUDE and disrespectful. We asked if they priced matched, which is fine if they didn't. I kindly asked the manager since the kid looked new and she told the kid, write in front of us.. “no, if they are not going to buy anything, go help someone else.”
My man bought 3 Colognes…. I would've bought some but I was not happy with my visit here. We will not be returning due to the horrible customer service.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in and waited more than 10 minutes to be knowledge or helped by an employee. I went in today to return a gift and the worker was so rude, had a terrible attitude, and was VERY impatient. I left the store in disbelief. Learn how to treat the people coming in to your store. Take your service somewhere else, this is NOT the place.

Warning do not shop here! I was trying to buy a perfume that I’ve previously bought before for $24 from another store. I came at Perfumania to refill the same bottle and the ‘original price’ was $75 but their SALE price was $49 LOL. I looked online and the bottle is $24 at other stores. Be careful buying stuff from this store it sounds like they rip ppl off.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!!
A customer would go in thinking you would get a decent deal, considering all the ‘promotions’, but that is absolutely not true! Everything is extremely overpriced! There isn’t a single fragrance that is not overpriced. Some of the perfumes are $20-$30 above what all other retailers charge.
Do not waste your time and money there!
AVOID THE RIP OFF!!!
