Horrible place to go to. Had a Mani-Pedi. While I was getting the Pedi done she was so rough and when I told her that it was hurting she just laughed. nail polish was all over my toes, asked her to please clean them up & she said it looked fine. On to my nails she filed them down so much there is barely any nail left.
Please do not go here!

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel this one is warranted. I came in for a much-needed pedicure and was seen right away, which I appreciated—hence the 2 stars instead of 1. I got a pedicure and requested a soak-off of my acrylics, since my usual tech at my usual salon was out for a family emergency.
The pedicure was fine—nothing memorable, but I was grateful to be serviced. While soaking off my nails, the tech suggested upgrading to a manicure, which I agreed to since I knew I needed it. She began applying a clear coat without asking my preference, and when I requested a color instead, she tried to talk me out of it, saying it wouldn’t look good due to the condition of my nails.
Having had acrylics for over a decade, I understand the toll on natural nails—but I still chose to go with color. At that point, the salon had gotten busier, and I could feel my service being rushed. The manicure ended up bumpy, uneven, and poorly done. I had to redo it myself at home, even after paying over $30 for the upgrade.
Once home, I also noticed my pedicure hadn’t been done thoroughly—my feet still had visible calluses and rough patches that should’ve been addressed.
I don’t mind paying for quality services, but nearly $100 for a disappointing pedicure and manicure isn’t worth it—especially when I know other salons do better work for less. I’ve been coming here on and off since childhood and was hoping things had improved under new management, but sadly, the experience felt just as underwhelming as it did years ago.
Save yourself the time and money—there are better options out there

I made an appointment several days in advance. I even called the morning of to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived, noone was available to take me. I told them I had another appointment and needed to know how long the wait is. I was not given a concrete answer. I waited 20 minutes and left to another nail salon that was able to take me right away.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent nail service. The technician who did my nails was unable to perform the cat eye no chip manicure that I requested.
Additionally, I did not feel particularly welcome during my visit, and there seemed to be a language barrier with the staff. Furthermore, my reward points were not applied to my purchase the three times that I been there.
I hope they will address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

When I first wrote a review the owner was standing over me watching and telling me to write a review and add the pictures. So being in the awkward situation I said friendly staff and wrote 5 stars. The first time I went here the younger nail tech did a great job with my nails literally flawless. The second time 3 different people worked on my nails…. I asked for a set of acrylics the first girl clearly didn’t know how to use the setting powered my nails was lumpy and she worked on the one nail for an about 10 mins. Then the owner jumped in and took over didn’t redo the lumpy nail just left it. Then when it came time for a simple French tip and flowers she didn’t know how so she tried to redo them multiple times then another girl stepped in the girl that did my nails the first time. she fixed them the best she could but they used stickers instead of painting them on and took a really long time to finish them. If no one else knew how to do acrylics I don’t know why they wouldn’t just have me wait till the one girl was finished instead of taking 3 times longer than needed. They did do their best to fix them but the whole thing was just a really long time. On top of that they said I was getting a discount but I paid $10 more than I did the first time without a discount. Underneath my nails were left with a bunch of lumps and pieces that needed to be shaved off.

Ladies are nice friendly. But getting home lots of things wrong with nails some unevenly shaped, stuff on skin around my nails. My thumb nail has a line through it under the powder etc. And bubbles. It is what it is not going back. Hard to find a good spot these days.
