SEPHORA at Kohl's is a lovely and clean place. The staff is very helpful, sweet, and nice, offering great recommendations and spending a lot of time with customers. However, it is often messy and missing product. Testers are not maintained, with lots of empties, smears, and chunks off. It is only good to restock on products already used. For color matches, demos, and makeup services, it is recommended to head to another location.

    This Sephora location is filthy. The products are dusty and have dried glue caked onto the bottles. I will not be back.

    Seems like the stock is a common issue with these Sephora's inside Kohls. Had another bad experience at this location. I agree with the bad customer service I haven't met a Sephora employee who seems like they enjoy their job.

    Literally worst customer service, they spend time talking about the customers more than helping the customers, like seriously? The three girls working today 11/10/25 if you don’t like your job or if you can’t to it right change it. All three of them giving nasty looks.
