They stole $200 from my credit card when I only bought $45 worth of gas. DO NOT PAY AT THE PUMP HERE!!!

While I typically don't leave reviews on gas stations, I find this Shell location in particular worthy of a one star due to their outrageous number of faulty pumps. Every time I've come to this location, I've had to relocate my vehicle at least twice due to faulty pumps. There are no markings to indicate a faulty pump, just a blue screen that pops up after your card is inserted which never goes away. Once you do get to a working pump, it will literally take you five minutes to wait for the pump to start. If you walk away, someone else can use your card's authorization to get free gas. No only that, but you have to pump the trigger numerous times to get it to start. On top of all of that, there's no option for a receipt! It is not like this at any other gas station. This entire station needs a full hardware remodel.

Ran in to use the restroom and found it clean and accessible. One restroom, gender neutral. Key laying on the counter. Bonus? Super nice staff.

It was easy in n out but the pumps were very slow. Price was ok and 730 pm on a Thursday no line.
