Bad service from 6 people who serve, only one asked us if he was busy, let's do something but he didn't even get up from the chair and even more he gave us the laziness he showed and they didn't have customers in the establishment

Busy store but if you want a new phone and service you gonna have to be patient till you turns coming up.However they younger gen people are not as pleasant to deal with (it is what it is)

Been trying to cancel one number but don't remember my pin so ask to go into the store. The first two time they told me they could help me I need to call but told me it a two hour wait so I should just go home. For the third time for them to take my ID and able to get into my account. Told me they sent it over and I can call the next day. To find out they still can't get into my account. I had to go back for the fourth time telling them that either they need to call or I did in the store to help me get into the account to delete one line. Got a dirty look for the girl. I do think she was the manger. Customer service over the phone was great. was finally able to get into my account to delete a number. The people in the store were rude and try not to help me at all. Because of this I was just done and told them to cancel my whole account.

This is the worst T-Mobile store ever. Worked with ARIANNA T-Mobile rep today for a phone upgrade. She was on her personal phone throughout my transaction. She gets distracted on her phone and gives me the wrong numbers for my new monthly payments. In the end she was not able to provide me a receipt for my transaction that I paid today. Tells me I would have to wait 24 hours to receive an email. Very unprofessional!

Had to call customer service twice to fix their screw ups with new customers. Nightmare all around and one guy Jamar would not stop trying to sell me things after I repeatedly told him no. Thank God T Mobile's customer service line is good. By the way they told me at the store not to call customer service. I now know why.

Would give 0/5 if I could.If you're looking for difficult service and management that disregards their contracts and customers then this is the store for you. I went in to get a new phone easy right. Couldn't have data transferred that day. Took the phone home to transfer data on my own did not go well more then 1/2 my apps never made the transfer.Returned to complete the contract by bringing in the old phone. Suddenly phone is not acceptable. Then while under inspection staff drops the phone with no phone case or screen protector. Management did not want to uphold a contract made by his staff. Was disrespectful and didn't seem concerned that his staff made this "error" but blamed customer for perhaps not understanding and that the phone was not acceptable. When the day prior contract was signed and should have been an easy tranfer. Should have known then. Would save yourself the the trouble and head across the street to the Irving Park address they had plenty of service recovery on my contract and experience. 5/5 to them

I walked into this location and was helped right away by Eddie. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend this location!

I been coming to the HIP for years and they have always had two T-Mobile stores. Now that they closed the one close the nail salon and this one by the food court is the only location not a good idea. Yes they have changed furniture and the whole layout, but the wait time is terrible! I only had like 4 questions and waited for over an hour. Good thing I wasn’t in a hurry I mean regardless no one shouldn’t have to wait especially when Im seeing people leave thinking Im next, Nope! The employees move way to slow and they barely smile they all look depressed working there. I seriously doubt they should be since you do get a major discounts on technology. There’s no customer service acknowledging you, or giving you assurance they will be with you shortly. They did not even try to upsell me on the iPhone I wanted. When the guy Finally helped me he didn’t look up my account and didn’t see what I at least qualified for. Might as well have used a robot instead. Thankfully I did my own research on the iPhone I wanted. When I went the second after getting the phone to see about a screen protector same thing ONE employee there! Shocking and I walked away save yourself the long wait go to the T-Mobile across the street from the HIP mall they are quick and extremely helpful. Be like me walk away and go to another location this one is nice just to sit and rest your legs if your walking around a lot in the mall trust me they won’t mind nor care.

Live in the neighborhood. Broke my screen. I hate going to any store. But these guys were very cool and calm and help me get in and out with no problems or delays. They explain everything in a professional manner and were very freindly.

I was upgraded for free from my apple 8 to a13pro. I was given a great price on a watch. The salesperson was polite, not overbearing or pushy, and informative. It’s the first time I have had a positive experience purchasing a new phone. It’s the reason I didn’t get a new one for so long! I’ll be back!

Went to the store on 12/06/2020 for a sim card and the sales rep (xxxx846) was very helpful and professional. Great customer service even acknowledged my son by making small conversations.Thank you again for an awesome visit!
