This is a predatory business. $500 a month for 10x25. No outlets. Can raise rent at any moment. No backpaying months individually or installment pay. Late will be $50 penalty and forced to pay two months in one lump sum or they auction everything. The government should step in and close all lock up self storage locations.

I'm at the Norridge location, the staff that works there are amazing. Have no problems answering questions, if you need to look at something they will show you and help you decide what is best for you and your items this place is great

This place has just raised my monthly rate TWICE in one year!! From $140 to $230, Bunch of crooks! I will be leaving here immediately, Come here if you like getting ripped off!!!

The Norridge Lock Up's staff are amazing! Takiyah and Ray are phenomenal!! Takiyah was so sweet checking us in and showing us around. Ray was the calm in the storm during the move in proess. The free use of the moving truck and a new Iock was a nice addional perk. Thanks for everything.

Needed to down size our storage locker and asked the manager what was available. Looked at a few and found one. Scheduled a date to move from one to another locker. New locker was clean and easy to move in. Signing a new lease was fast and easy. Staff at Norridge were great to work with.

Very bad,bad experience... they raise prises every few months. My unit was 35$ 5 years ago, and now it is 110$! I have to clean up my locker ,leave, and never come back!..

The Lock-Up self Storage in Norrage is one of the best places I've ever used, and the young lady at the sign up counter Yakiyah Jackson was one of the best person people I've had the pleasure of speaking with.

Price increases, they rise every 9 months, but new customer prices are sometime almost half. 3 years ago my unit was $135.00 today it's $230. I was told good luck find a place better as while hanging up was laughing.
