“I often travel by air, and I rarely have a reason to be in Terminal 5. However, tonight presented an opportunity for me to explore Terminal 5 as it undergoes renovations. As I arrived and stepped off the passenger boarding bridge, I was truly impressed. The terminal is stunning and expansive. I am looking forward to seeing the renovations once they are finished.”

They're always ready to help make your trip special and to attempt to make any issues right.On top of that, they're one of the few rental outfits that will allow you to tow a trailer, which is a huge boon for an independent music group like ourselves.Bands, church groups, road trips, personal rentals, they do it all with professional aplomb. “Easy place to find and get into. When you arrive, find a dock between 2 and 18 and get in it. Then go to the door by door 2 to check in. Do not go to the door by door 18, they will ignore you. Also, they are still scared of the Rona so masks are required. They do have facilities. If you are losing lengths of metal, you will prolly dock in 17 or 18. It took them about a hour to load me. Not a bad place to pickup at.”

“This place is great! It’s kind of hard to find the entrance, and there’s no signage for customer pickups, but the people are super friendly! I got a motorcycle trailer delivered and opted to pick it up at this facility. A few different guys all offered to help unpack it off the crate and set it up, getting tools and supplies to help me out. Made a somewhat challenging task an absolute breeze. Top notch service! Thanks guys!”
