This office is incompetence at its best. At least when it comes to phlebotomy. I'm a medical head, I could hit his veins and start IV lines on him in my sleep. They couldn't even do a simple lab draw without him walking out with massive bruises. The doctors were at least nice and did their job decently. Though any hack of a doctors office can do what they do. They're average at best general practitioners. SEIU forcing everyone into Union Health HMO is bullshit. These offices are full of incompetents. They are inefficient and run down old buildings. Call your SEIU representative and urge them to drop UHS and select Advocate HMO. Our union workers deserve better than this. Our union workers deserve the power and staff availability of the Advocate Aurora system.

I waited almost 2 hours to be seen. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment so i understand SOME delay. Bad communication

I have been coming here for over 15yrs due to my health insurance. The staff has changed so much from those days. The front desk people uses this snappy rude tone of voice all the time (with few exemptions) my medical appointment took less than 15 minutes but then i had to wait for the scheduling of my next appointment over 45 minutes for it, when I asked them to please take a look at it they gave me an attitude as if I'm a bother to them rather than a patient, they didn't even hide it. So disrespectful. I looked into the uhs website to make a formal complaint but unfortunately there is not a "concerns or questions" option.

This place is an absolute joke. You're going to be waiting 30-60 minutes past your scheduled time, no matter how fast you arrive. You'll be seen for maybe 5 to 10 minutes and rushed out of there. Well, that's if they don't randomly reschedule your appointment. There's no point in getting a blood test with them because by the time you're allowed to come back to see the doctor, your results will be outdated by 2-3 months. They will misdiagnose you. Anything that you are diagnosed with at this facility, PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION. They misdiagnosed my mother and she almost got a biopsy as a result. Let's not forget about the quality of customer service. Very rude employees. The staff aren't fit to run a McDonald's, nonetheless a medical facility.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Since this pandemic started it seems they do not care about their current patients at all that need to do their check ups and have medication adjusted. It is very hard to get anyone on the phone to refill prescriptions and get doctor appointment since every single one that is scheduled/rescheduled gets cancelled once again. It is very poor customer service on UHS side for sure. We are in this situation together but you have to get some normalcy back to patients with conditions and that just want to make sure they stay healthy. Hope this gets better soon for everyone.

Been coming here for years, there are some good doctors, but not worth the struggle. Most of the time you have to wait a month or 2 for your doctor to see you. When I very sick I was turned away and told to drive an hour and half away just to get seen (the place they send you to has doctors that try to get rid of people as fast as possible, have been misdiagnosed many times). Some of the nurses are very rude and will treat you as if you're faking, and when calling, expect them not to pick up the first two times.

I brought my mom in for blood work and approached the desk to check in. As we were waiting one of the receptionist says to my 75 year old, mam you next time need to wait away from the desk in a rude tone. Never a hello how may I help you, how are you, nothing. This is a medical field, people come here for medical issues, not attitude to make things more stressful. My mom also has back pains, so standing at the desk and leaning on it a little helps .There are ADA rules on how you treat people with disabilities .The lady at the reception (short brownish hair should not be at that position) .The actual medical staff was nice .We checked in at 11:10 AM on June 13th, last name Kraja. Please address this as other elderly people don't deserve this type of treatment at this time of thier lives. Oh and no signs that say wait behind a line, just says please enter here .

I had 2 appointments booked back to back months in advance. The day of my appointments they called me and told me they had to move my appointments to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. No problem, I show up and am told that they don't know who called me and that the second appointment is still for 2 hours later... I explain that it's unprofessional and ridiculous that they had me drive all the way out for one appointment while leaving the other appointment for two hours later. Also, for all the years I have been coming here I am always disappointed with the attitudes the staff give patients. It would be nice if they all took some customer service training, after all there are people dealing with cancer and terminal illnesses here and it wouldn't kill them to smile at a patient or just greet them properly.

This location is easy to get to. While the staff aren't especially warm, they work through a large volume of individuals - so I can understand that they are busy.

Unhelpful, long waits, forgetful staff (forgot to give us the lab results or even go over them when I turned out there was a major problem) and overall a poor experience.

This location was okay, but UHS in general is horrible insurance, esp for someone living in the suburbs who has to drive to Chicago just to see most specialists.
