Adrian, after several attempts through an intermediary, finally solved my long standing email problems with politeness and kindness. I'm sure I am a difficult older customer but they had patience and corrected the errors made 10 years ago.

Sales reps engage in false advertising. Very misleading. Charge you way more than agreed upon price then refuse to give refund. Transfers you between its departments all day to "solve your problem." LIARS. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

I went to get a new phone, person who helped in Spanish named Julian was very unempathetic, i told him my dad was the main person on account but he was hospitalized thats why he couldnt be here, I had his ID and was willing to calling him to authorize the purchase but seems like this guy didnt care at all he was at the hospital and was so unhelpful. In situations like this Ive dealt with more professional employees than are willing to help, looks like this guy was just someone with no empathy and just miserable at his job. Xfinity hire people who are decent human beings.

Very lazy customer service. If it's an easy issue I'm sure they can take care of things, but anything out of ordinary they say they can't help you instead of escalating the issue to try to resolve

The past two times there were 2 young punks working at the front. They give you such a difficult time and are very misleading. I returned equipment and for one account and they messed up my Servixes on my other account. The manager there will get my feedback this time and honestly they should be fired. They are the worst individuals I have ever met.

No internet for days. Very few stores to go to and ask help. The 1800 number is programmed not for human interaction. Only bot. So hard to ask for help. Worst service. Inconsistent pricing. Need to pay $10 per month for the cable box - per month.

Don't get Xfinity phone. It's not worth it. My phone doesn't work.People call, and it goes straight to voicemail, and i dont get notifications. When your mobile line doesn't work, they don't know how to fix it, and they will not help you. I have spent all day trying to get my phone to work for calls and texts. Tomorrow I am going to another company and will not look back. Don't make the mistake I made.

I had to go to this store yesterday since it is now one of the closest to my house i have been here before 1 time to return equipment had a bad experience that time as well but i figure different day different people.Walked in and they asked me name i told them and they told me have a seat i figure ok so i take a seat then i notice people come in after me and they are taking all this names and then i notice people after me are been seen first am like is there vip here or something 30 mins go by and then i see the manager a lady i asked her when can i be seen because now we have a bunch if new people she said what is you name i told her and she said ohh we had 2 christians so am guessing they took you off and also since the person speaking spanish was busy you had to wait like whatttttt lady i have not spoken a word in spanish since i got there why was i profile as a person needing a spanish speaking person to be seen when all i spoke is English? I have been with comcast since 2015 i had no problems with the Schamburg store except that now is 40 mins away but i rather drive all the way over there then to deal with the incompetence of this store employees that give the company a bad name like come on i pay over $200 a month your service is not cheap or free for your employees to wanna act like they are doing me a favor customer service is horrible avoid this location or they may racially profile you and make you wait hours

I only gave this many stars because of David V he's the best he's actaully explains and takes time with you and honnestly I belive the store wouldn't be in great terms of wasnt for him and also as a side note idk why they don't try switching to be on top of the x sport because being under it it makes a lot of ppl in easy since the weights drop and you dang near feel like the ceiling will break and weights will drop down on your head also there was a I believe manager that had her iced coffee on a goblet where stuff is at that they sell I believe that was in professional also they need more people for morning shift since they get busy so early in morning
